🚀New Video: Build Your First Voice AI Agent with n8n & Vapi (Full Beginner’s Guide)
In this full beginner’s guide to building voice AI agents with Vapi and n8n, I walk you step-by-step through everything you need to know, no coding required. We’ll start by breaking down what voice agents actually are, why they’re so valuable, and why you should start learning them now. You’ll see how the anatomy of a voice agent is much simpler than you might think, and then I’ll show you real examples using Vapi and n8n to create powerful, automated voice experiences. When you learn how to combine Vapi with a tool like n8n, the possibilities are truly endless for voice AI automation. If you’ve been wanting to dive into voice agents but felt intimidated, this video will give you the clarity and confidence to start building, and trust me, voice AI is going to absolutely explode in 2026!

Automated Proposal generation system
I just automated something that used to take 2-3 hours. Now it takes 57 seconds.... Here's what happened: Every time, the same story. - Client calls - They need a proposal - I open the template - Copy info from our last conversation - Paste it into Google Slides/Pandora Doc - Customise the deck - Send the email - Follow-ups Repeat 3x-4x per week. That's 48 hours a month doing copy-paste work. So I built this instead: Here is how it works- - Client details go into a form - AI generates structured JSON items - System pulls our proposal template from Drive - Replaces all the variables automatically - Sends a personalised email with the deck attached. Zero manual work. The whole thing runs in under a minute. But here's what nobody tells you about automation: The hard part isn't building it. It's admitting you've been wasting time. I spent 6 months doing this manually because "it's just part of the job." That's 144 hours I'll never get back. The moment I mapped out the workflow, it became obvious. - Every step was repeatable. - Every input was predictable. - Every output was in the same format. Classic automation candidate. Most people see repetitive work as "just how things are." I see it as a system that hasn't been built yet. The proposal bot freed up 48 hours a month. That's 6 full work days. What could you do with 6 extra days? Look at your calendar this week. Find the thing you do over and over. The task that makes you think, "here we go again." That's your next automation. Build it once. Use it forever. What repetitive task is eating your time right now? Want the full blueprint?

Build 30 :- Ai competitive/Market research
Built something I’ve wanted for months — an AI-Powered Competitive Intelligence & Market Research Agent. Here’s what it does 👇 Runs daily and scans competitor websites Detects product launches, offer changes, and pricing updates Summarizes key shifts in positioning and messaging Stores all data in Google Sheets + Google Drive Sends a concise analysis to Slack In short: it’s a market analyst that never sleeps. The idea is simple — instead of spending hours manually researching your competition, the system brings the insights directly to you every morning. You get clear, AI-generated context like: > “Competitor B introduced a new SaaS plan for startups.” “Competitor A updated pricing tiers — mid-range up by 15%.” No overwhelm. Just actionable data. --- ⚡ Quick question for you 👇 Would you rather get daily insights in Slack or Email? Should I drop this workflow setup for others to use? If you had this, which brand would you track first? #AIagents #Automation #n8n #WorkflowAutomation #MarketResearch #AIworkflow #BuilderJourney #CommunityBuild
