Crazy and creative….
Hey Nadine here, new to the Harmony Fam. I struggle with a lot of things like the “thing” relating to the “thing”. I Dory around my kitchen trying to function, cleaning and actually do something rather than hours of not doing what I am supposed to be and researching about teeth and gums that I have stumbled upon by mistake! I get compelled by my “should” monster or my “chaos goblin” not to mention by “deviant diva”….I recently took on the “Let Them” theory and really trying to meet routine and chaos for me and my children but sticking to something is a struggle, finding time is a struggle, being present is a struggle! I don’t have very much time with my neurodivergent crazy squad and our house is the house of horrors, we function with tears, laughter, meltdowns, fighting and 1000 cups of tea!! So giving attention to anything other than my raptors. Is near on impossible but I am going to try really hard to give this my all, or what I can! And finding time to engage and post is near on impossible but again this is my first try! I have been reading a lot of posts from news, introductions, and just navigating through Harmony and the community from older members to new, I have got a feel sense of togetherness and being quite creative I put this together late last night as a severe ADHD’er we like to rebel against bed time and even going to bed as it’s our only quiet time, and all our best ideas come alive….until Morning and we ain’t even alive hahaha But this is all what I have felt reading and seeing everyone’s input's about the words Harmony and Thrive! Newbie
Hey Harmony Fam, I am a newbie just signed up for the next 5 day challenge which begins March 2nd. I am very apprehensive and feel a little out of my depth with group work and engagement. So please be gentle I’m fragile, bur fully ready to put the work in, even if it’s out of my comfy zone. I am also excited too, especially after watching the videos, and hearing and seeing what others have gained from this. Not to mention engaging with others who just understand the very “misunderstood” people we tend to get labelled with! Me and my children are all neurodivergent, my crazy squad is assembling! We don’t fit in, we fit out. We vibe broken and rock weird! And my children tell others are family affirmation: When we are different we make a difference and find our sparkle!! Maybe one day I hope people, systems, communities will understand better, engage better and adapt better!! Good luck and hello to everyone too

Welcome to ADHD Harmony. I'm genuinely excited you're here. This community exists for one reason: to help you turn ADHD from something you fight against into your greatest advantage. No quick fixes. No productivity hacks that work for a week then fall apart. This is identity-level transformation, grounded in neuroscience and built from real experience (my own included). The next free 5-day challenge starts on March 2nd. Before it begins, watch the 7 short videos in the classroom that explain the community and how Skool works. This takes about 20 minutes and will fully prepare you for what's ahead. ⚠️ Watch the "Welcome & Introduction" videos before the challenge starts. They'll set you up to get the most out of everything that follows. 👉 Click here to dive in

Hey everyone, I need to go back to my intro and fill in some gaps I missed. My name is Nadine, from Hertfordshire. It’s been lovely reading about people backgrounds, insights and the 100 of things we all struggle with. My twinnies from the age of 2 years to 4 years was assessed and regularly reviewed before they were diagnosed to make sure they received a right diagnosis being so young. Which is when their consultant asked me to get a ADHD assessment. I presented told mental health back in 2007, 2011, to which diagnosed with depression and anxiety and medicated with anti depressants, but also a lot of blame around drugs. Go back to childhood, especially teen years I was so lost, didn’t fit in, honest with no filter and tried to act different with different groups of people to try and fit it. Never really worked, fell into drugs and found you could be yourself and you fit, everyone was welcome and accepted! Did we really want to go down that road? No was the answer in my later years but it was all I knew including the friends and people I had and got to know. Fast forward to 2020 when I started the twinnies journey, then mine and now my eldest child. The twinnies have been diagnosed with lots of complex needs, behaviours and health. I have been diagnosed and my ADHD is off the spectrum and still awaiting assessment for my eldest and already it’s been 3 years with a lot more years waiting! My twinnies (aka The Raptors) need 247 attention, supervision and I mean from the time they get up to the time they go to bed. Constant supervision they can not be left for a second. Which put my eldest in the back seat, whom is also beyond demanding and life has been beyond tough and that would be an understatement. It has also been beyond that for my eldest, which sadly siblings of neurodivergent normally do have to take somewhat of a beak seat. This is what I found out along our journeys other is the same in most neurodivergent households, not that it is ok but it’s real life for the most of us.
🔥 Looking for: Community Manager for ADHD Harmony
Hey everyone! I'm looking for someone to help me manage this community. As we grow, I want to make sure everyone here feels supported, stays engaged, and actually gets results. I can't keep up with everything myself anymore, so I'm looking for someone to help. What you'd do: - Respond to posts and questions daily - Welcome new members and help them find their way - Check in with quiet members via DM - Celebrate wins and keep the energy up - Come up with ideas and challenges to keep things fun - Let me know what's working and what members need You're a good fit if you: - Have ADHD (or close experience with it) and want to help others thrive - Enjoy connecting with people online - Communicate well in writing - Can work independently What you get: - Full access to all ADHD Harmony programs - Work directly with me - Small monthly fee (early stage — grows as we grow) - Chance to actually help people change their lives Feeling like the GIF below right now? Drop a "✋" in the comments and I'll reach out 🙋 Questions? Also drop them below 👇

@Jim Ebbelaar application above…nailed it!! (A little cocky but just trying to be funny sorry)! Compliments of being an off the spectrum ADHDer. However, My 30 year plus of masking before being diagnosed and medicated left me with coping mechanisms I manufactured to get through life, like I had survived a 20 game of Jumanji 😂😂 This is what I think I can call on the job experience and was therefore more than lucky with the amount of open doors and opportunities I have been given along my career path!
