Daily journal Day 1
Daily Journal Date: 1/5/26 Day Start: 10:00 AM 10:00 AM — Slow Start, Clear Intentions Woke up a bit tired but not lazy. Had breakfast while checking messages university groups. Brain felt scattered at first, but I reminded myself: focus on priorities, not everything at once. 11:00 AM — Deep Work (Freelancing )Sat down for freelance work. Continued a client project — implementing a small change. Took time but Felt good making real progress. 1:30 PM — Break + ResetLunch + short scroll (went a little longer than planned). Energy dipped, but I didn’t let it ruin the day. 2:30 PM — Worked on final year project / assignment. Some confusion, some frustration — but figured things out step by step. Messaged a teammate to align tasks. Realized consistency matters more than motivation. 5:00 PM — Spent time learning something new ( learned framing and components in figma). Didn’t understand everything, but showed up anyway. That’s what counts. 6:30 PM — Light Break / WalkStepped away from the screen. Walked a bit, cleared my head. Felt more human again. 7:30 PM — Second Work Session (Progressed in creating app for the uni project) Not perfect, but done. Progress over perfection. 9:30 PM — Family / Dinner TimeDisconnected from work. Talked with family, ate peacefully. Needed this balance. 10:30 PM — Reflection + Planning, Looked back at the day. Didn’t do everything, but did enough. Wrote down 3 priorities for tomorrow. Realized I’m slowly building something — 12:00–1:00 AM — Wind DownSome light scrolling or content, then sleep. Mind still thinking about goals, but also a bit proud.

clean and promising direction. Overall I’d say 8/10.
DAY 32 | Real Life Discipline 🌿 | 1 May 2K26 | FRIDAY|
- Uthi: 5:00 AM - Dobara soyi: ~9:00 AM - Uthi: 1:00 PM - Raat ko soyi: ~2–3 AM - Total Sleep: ~6–7 hours (broken) - Energy Level: Medium (morning high, baad mein drop) 🎯 3 Core Tasks 1. Deen 📖 - Fajr, Zohar, Asar, Maghrib, Isha - Surah Kahf parhi - Status: ✔️ 2. Business 💰 - Snackopedia ka menu decide kiya - Price list banayi - Canva par menu design (draft) - Raw material purchase + calculation ki - Status: ✔️ (strong progress, but no content push) 3. Skill / Growth 💻 - Canva design practice (menu + logo placement try kiya) - Status: ✔️ 💼 Business Actions (NON-NEGOTIABLE) - Post ki? → ❌ - Stories: 0 - DMs sent: 0 ⚠️ Reality:Aaj mein nay backend + prep kaam strong kiya lekin sales push zero tha 🏠 Life + Responsibilities - Ghar ke kaam: - Nashta + lunch pack - Roti (apni + mama) - Chai multiple times - Bhai ko khana + chai - Health / self-care: - Walk (30 min) - Exercise (10 min) - Boiled egg + honey water + yakhni - Family time: - Mama ke saath baatein - Bahar jana + long drive - Drama time 👉 Balanced day tha... sirf kaam nahi, life bhi thi ⏳ Time Waste Audit - Approx waste: 2–3 hours - Kis par: - Random baatein - Design perfection (menu “acha nahi lag raha”) - Unstructured afternoon 👉 Hidden issue:perfection + delay 🏆 Wins (REAL) - Subah strong start (walk + exercise + responsibilities) - Business clarity: menu + pricing finalize ki - Canva par actual design banaya (execution, not just thinking) - Raw material handling + calculation ki (business awareness) - Deen consistency maintained + Surah Kahf - Health conscious choices li (egg, honey water, yakhni) 💣 Brutal Truth - Main ne phir bhi sales push nahi ki (no post, no DMs) - Main design perfection mein atak gayi aur publish nahi kiya 👉 Real baat:mein “prepare” karti hoon…lekin “sell” nahi karti 📌 Lessons / Realizations - Backend kaam (menu, design) zaroori hai... lekin paisa sales se aata hai - Perfect design ka wait = delay

This is so real. You’re already doing the hard part — showing up and being honest with yourself. Now it’s just one shift: action over perfection.

🔥 The $10K+ Journey That Started Right Here in This Community
Believe it or not, this community is the reason I scaled to almost $5K+/month and crossed $10K+ on Upwork. Endless duas for @Haroon Khalil bhai and all the brothers who were part of this journey with me. The fun part is it took me only 3 months to go from $2K-$10K on upwork. I really recommend watching the full video, it shows exactly what worked for me. Everything started right here… watching every lesson, staying accountable, building my team, and just showing up every single day. Looking back now, it’s crazy how far you can go when you simply trust Allah, listen to your mentors, keep teaching and learning and simply execute with good niyat. This isn’t just another motivational video. It's a real case study showing the exact phases, numbers, struggles, and lessons that changed everything in my freelance journey. 🎥 What You’ll Learn in this; In 3 phases, I’ll break down exactly how I scaled from $2K → $10K using the same skills, just better systems and mindset: Phase 1 – Getting Started: how daily journaling, one quality proposal/day, and fast client replies built momentum. Phase 2 – Building Strong: templates, SOPs, and delegating edits that turned gigs into retainers. Phase 3 – Growing Bigger: onboarding systems, agency-style workflow, and scaling without burnout. This journey wasn’t just about money — it was about Rizq, teamwork, and gratitude. When others earn with you, your Rizq multiplies. 💡 Core Lessons • Systems > Effort • Consistency > Motivation • Barakah grows when your work benefits others • Gratitude multiplies blessings Comment below once you’ve watched it, I’d love to hear your biggest takeaway.

so bajwa had to send 102 proposals, let’s break it down step by step so it’s clear: - Total proposals sent = 102 - Opened = 45 - Interviews = 16 - Jobs won (clients worked) = 9 1. Open Rate 45/102×100 = 44.1 2. Interview Rate (from total proposals) 16/102×100 = 15.7 3. Conversion to Jobs (Success Rate) 9/102×100 = 8.8 4. Interview → Job Conversion (important metric) 9/16×100 = 56.25 Final Insight: - Overall success rate: ~8.8%. which is scary for someone just staring to get clients from upwork and spend their saving trying to get a good client, i was wondering why i ran out of all my connects and didn't get hired. (i think) to get good clients you have to spend first - But the strong part is: Once he gets an interview → 56% chance of winning.
