Assalamualaikum 🌿 I haven’t been active on Skool for the past few days. I had some family matters, some health issues, and I also had my papers and entry tests, so my complete focus was on preparation and managing those things. Alhamdulillah, my papers and entry tests are done now, so InshaAllah I’ll start posting my journals again and stay active in Skool. I was still journaling and planning my days during my entry test preparation, but I wasn’t posting because I wasn’t really opening Skool. Now I’m back again 🌱My focus now is: - rebuilding consistency - staying active in the community - sharing my journals - and most importantly, fixing my sleep cycle InshaAllah ✨ Excited to be back 🤍

DAY 48 | Real Life Discipline 🌿 | 25 May 2026 | MONDAY |
🌅 Morning Start Today again I woke up around 1 PM. Last night I slept around 4 AM. I had prayed Fajr before sleeping. After waking up: - Prepared breakfast (anda + double roti 🍳🍞) - Made tea ☕ - Prayed Zuhr shortly after waking up The morning still felt slow and physically heavy because the sleep schedule remains unstable. 🏠 Household Responsibilities After breakfast: - Folded clothes and arranged them in the cupboard - Mama applied oil to my hair - Organized and set the downstairs room Even simple house tasks take longer when energy and sleep are disturbed. 🚿 Afternoon + Orders Then: - Took a shower and freshened up 🚿 After coming back: - Booked a ride for an order delivery - Prepared sandwiches 🥪 - Made tea again and ate/drank properly Before all this, I had also prayed Asr. 🌇 Evening Later: - Prayed Maghrib - Went to the salon Came back home around 10 PM. After returning: - Washed dishes - Filled water bottles - Ate dinner - Ate aroo as well 🍑 Then prayed Isha. 🩺 Physical Condition Right now I’m lying in bed feeling physically uncomfortable because I developed urticaria(allergy) symptoms today. The body honestly feels exhausted lately: - poor sleep, - physical workload, - stress, - irregular routine, - and mental overwhelm are all piling up together. 🏆 Wins of the Day - Managed household responsibilities despite low energy - Handled order-related work - Stayed functional throughout the day - Kept prayers going despite routine instability - Took care of personal grooming or self-care as well ⏳ Time & Energy Audit The biggest ongoing problem is still: - sleeping around 4 AM - waking up late - starting the day without momentum This creates: - low energy, - brain fog, - poor recovery, - emotional heaviness, - and physical exhaustion. 💣 Brutal Truth my life right now is not collapsing because i am incapable. It is getting unstable because: - recovery is weak, - sleep is weak, - and structure disappears every time exhaustion builds up. -

DAY 47 | Real Life Discipline 🌿 | 24 May 2026 | SUNDAY |
🌅 Morning Start Today I woke up around 1 PM. Last night I slept around 4 AM again. After waking up: - Drank warm honey water 🍯 - Ate a boiled egg - Made 2 cups of tea for myself and Mama ☕ Then I sat with Mama for some time and talked while also helping organize and clean the kitchen area. I had already prayed Fajr before sleeping, and after waking up I prayed Zuhr. 🏠 Afternoon Responsibilities Later: - Papa brought some household items, so I organized and arranged them - Prepared SATTU for Papa and Bhai Around 3:45 PM: - Received an order for 6 rotis - Prepared the rotis - Delivered the order around 4:08 PM Even small orders still require: - timing, - speed, - kitchen coordination, - and physical energy. 🚿 Evening Shift + Cooking After completing the order: - Took a shower - Freshened up - Prayed Asr Then: - Prepared one big chicken bread order - Made one small chicken bread for home 🍞 Alongside that: - Cooked chicken bhindiyan for dinner 🍲 After all the kitchen work, I rested for a little while because the day already felt physically tiring. Prayed Maghrib in between the work as well. 💻 Stress + Account Issue another mentally frustrating thing happened. My Facebook account became compromised/unaccessible again, so I spent time trying to recover it. Honestly, digital account issues drain mental energy very quickly, especially when sleep and routine are already unstable. 🌙 Night Wrap-Up Later in the night: - Made rotis for home - Ate dinner with family - Washed dishes - Cleaned the kitchen Then: - Went for a walk 🚶‍♀️ - Came back and made tea - Drank tea while talking to my cousin Afterward: - Prayed Isha - And now finally writing my journal 🌿 🏆 Wins of the Day - Handled a customer order properly - Continued helping in household responsibilities - Prepared chicken breads successfully - Managed cooking alongside business work - Still stayed functional despite mental frustration from the Facebook issue - Went for a walk instead of completely shutting down

Date: : 24 May 2026 Day: Sunday One thing I want to remember about today: nothing special What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up? I slept at 10:45 pm and woke up 4am. What data will I look up after a month or year? At the end of weak, I want to become more disciplined and build a proper daily routine for myself Insha Allah Reminders: - Small daily efforts, sincere intentions, and patience will slowly build the life I want. - Stay consistent, and trust Allah’s plan Day Start Section Most Important 1-3 Tasks: I took notes from the Productivity & Time Mastery lectures and shared them in the group. learn video editing and practice. Went to my mother’s house and spent time with them. What I don’t want to do today: I should avoid wasting time. Practice: video editing practice Speaking: missed Day Close Section Wins of the Day: Today, I made notes from the lectures and also practiced video editing. Mistakes / Learnings: Stay positive with everyone. Prayer Times: Fajr: 4:00 am Zohar:1:00 pm Asr: 5:05 pm Maghrib: 7:05 pm Isha: 9:40 pm Tahajjud: missed
