This is how I “clone” my effort without working more.
Before I discovered automation, I was stuck doing the same repetitive tasks every day. It felt endless. Then I started building AI workflows that could handle emails, data processing, content creation, and other boring tasks automatically. The result? I can focus on strategic work while my automations do the heavy lifting. I’m not working harder, I’m multiplying my effort. In AI Automation Society, members aren’t just learning AI, we’re turning it into real leverage. Systems we build today keep giving results tomorrow. Here’s my question for you: If you could “clone” one part of your work with AI, what would it be? Let’s inspire each other with ideas

What a Truly Automated Business Looks Like (My Current Setup)
I wanted to share a real example of how I’m running automation inside my business right now. Here’s the system: 1. Market Intelligence Bot — scans thousands of real estate leads and extracts key pain points + insights 2. AI Email Writer — analyzes each prospect’s website and generates personalized outreach 3. Outreach Engine — sends 200+ emails daily, tracks performance, and auto-recovers from errors 4. Content Pipeline — turns YouTube videos into short-form clips and publishes them automatically 5. Daily Review Agent — logs activities and writes a business summary every night Each piece handles a single function — but together, they run my outreach and content without constant input. The rule I follow: If I repeat a task more than twice, I automate it. Curious how others are approaching automation in their workflow.

I think most builders are focused on building agents.
I think most builders are focused on building agents. But the real conversation in March 2026 is about what holds agents together. Solo agents are out. Multi-agent systems are in. Here's what that actually means for how we build: A single agent answering questions or writing emails is impressive. But a single agent can't run a business operation. What runs a business operation is orchestration, multiple agents working together, each owning a specific function, coordinated by a system that routes intent to the right place. Intelligence without coordination means decisions are made in isolation and can't reliably translate across complex business environments. 2026 is the year orchestration will be widely recognized as the connective tissue that makes AI useful at scale. This is exactly why I built Jake. Jake doesn't answer questions. Jake routes. He reads intent, decides which agent handles it, and passes the task. Polaris finds people. Lania handles leads. Hermes sends emails. Borealis books meetings. Five agents. One orchestrator. Zero manual coordination. AI is shifting from individual usage to team and workflow orchestration, coordinating entire workflows, connecting data across systems, and moving projects from idea to completion. That's the architecture that actually scales. If you're still building single agents start thinking about how they talk to each other. That's where the real power is. 🔥
I think most builders are focused on building agents.

We’ve built a system that handles the full customer lifecycle , from initial conversation to reactivation, across both text and voice. It manages: • Customer conversations & support • Automated follow-ups • Appointment booking • Referral generation • Dead lead reactivation All working together as one coordinated workflow, not isolated tools. Really interested in how you’ve structured your system, especially the orchestration layer and how your agents communicate. Would love to exchange insights 🤝

Hey AIS Community I Want to Share What We Do & How It Can Help Your Clients
I've been engaging here for a while now and loving the conversations around automation, systems and scaling. I work in digital marketing and over the next few days I want to share some value around the specific services we offer not to pitch, but because I genuinely think they complement what a lot of you are already building for clients. Here's a quick overview of what we specialize in: 🛍️ Shopify Store Setup & Optimization 📧 Email List Building & Campaign Management 💰 MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) Systems 🎯 Lead Generation Systems I'll be breaking each one down individually how it works, why it matters, and how it benefits business owners. If any of this sounds relevant to what you're building or selling to clients, stay tuned. Happy to answer questions along the way 👇🔥

One thing I’m noticing while building
Debugging teaches more than tutorials When something breaksand you fix it yourself that’s real learning What was the last problem you solved?
