18 contributions to AI Automation Society
What’s the most impressive thing you’ve built with AI so far?
This community is full of builders, from simple automations to fully scaled AI systems. From lead gen workflows…To AI agents handling operations…To full-on automation stacks replacing hours of manual work… But what really matters is impact. - Did it save you time? - Make money? - Replace a manual process? - Help you scale faster? Let’s share and learn, What have you built with AI that you’re genuinely proud of, and what results did it actually create?

@Kaleel Lawrence-Boxx That’s a powerful setup, I like how you’re not just using it, but actually building systems around your goals. The “morning and evening alignment” piece is underrated… most people jump into tasks without direction, but you’ve basically created a feedback loop for growth. And using it for CSV parsing with Shopify templates? That’s smart, turning what’s usually a manual bottleneck into something scalable. I’ve been leaning more into building simple automations like that too, and it’s crazy how quickly it compounds. Have you noticed it changing how you prioritize your work day-to-day?
This is how I “clone” my effort without working more.
Before I discovered automation, I was stuck doing the same repetitive tasks every day. It felt endless. Then I started building AI workflows that could handle emails, data processing, content creation, and other boring tasks automatically. The result? I can focus on strategic work while my automations do the heavy lifting. I’m not working harder, I’m multiplying my effort. In AI Automation Society, members aren’t just learning AI, we’re turning it into real leverage. Systems we build today keep giving results tomorrow. Here’s my question for you: If you could “clone” one part of your work with AI, what would it be? Let’s inspire each other with ideas

@Helin Cepil Great question, Helin For content creation, I mainly use AI tools like ChatGPT for ideas, captions, and structuring posts, then I combine that with tools like Canva for visuals and sometimes CapCut for short-form videos. I also try to repurpose content across different platforms so I’m not creating everything from scratch each time, that’s been a big time saver. How about you, are you currently creating content consistently or just getting started?

@Moloy Kundu That’s great to hear, Moloy, higher conversion rates and stronger ROI are exactly what most people are aiming for with automation. Sounds like your system is doing its job really well. what do you think made the biggest difference, was it the follow-ups, faster response time, or the way the conversations are handled?
I built something once… and it’s still working for me today.
It wasn’t complex Just a simple AI automation handling a repetitive task. But that one setup changed how I think about work. Instead of doing it over and over…I built it once, and let it run. That’s the real shift in AI Automation Society Stop trading time for tasks Start building systems that handle them for you. Small automations, done right, compound over time. what’s one thing you’ve automated (or want to automate) that could keep working for you daily?

@Dave Maldoni “Love that, Dave, building an agency through strong network partnerships is definitely a long game, but it pays off when done right. Lately, my approach with AI has been less about just using tools and more about building systems that create consistency, especially around lead handling, follow-ups, and workflow automation. That shift alone has made things feel a lot more scalable instead of reactive. What’s been working for me is focusing on small, high-impact automations that remove bottlenecks rather than overcomplicating everything upfront. Low are you currently thinking about integrating AI into your agency as you grow? And would you be open to exploring what I’ve been working on to see if it fits what you’re building?”

@Nolan Van Tol ove that mindset, Nolan, that’s exactly how you grow fast in this space. I’ve been working on a simple but effective way to handle this kind of backlog without overcomplicating it, especially keeping the responses consistent and still feeling human. Would you be open to exploring it together? I can walk you through how it works and how you can set it up step by step.”
The biggest mistake people make with AI? Using it like Google.
Most people ask AI questions… get answers… and stop there. But that’s just scratching the surface. In AI Automation Society, the real shift is this: Stop asking AI to help you do tasks, Start using AI to do the tasks for you. That’s where automation comes in. Instead of repeating the same prompts every day…Build a simple workflow once, and let it run. That’s how you move from user → builder → leverage. Are you still using AI like Google, or have you started automating yet?

@Vrushabh Vaghela Love that, That shift from just asking AI questions to actually building systems with it is a game changer. That’s where you really start buying back your time and creating leverage instead of just getting quick answers. A lot of people stay stuck in the “chatting” phase, but once you start thinking in terms of workflows and automation, everything starts to scale differently. The fact that you’re already making that transition puts you ahead of most people in here. what kind of systems or automations are you currently working on?

@Frank Cruz That’s actually a really smart way to use it, Frank You didn’t just use AI to generate content, you built a system around it to solve a real problem at scale. The fact you introduced variation to keep it authentic and compliant shows you’re thinking beyond the basics. Most people stop at “write me this,” but you went further and created something repeatable and efficient. Are you looking to build more systems like that, or was this more of a one-off solution for your classroom?
AI tools are everywhere… but real automation builders are rare.
Everyone talks about AI, but few actually build systems that save time, automate tasks, and create real leverage. That’s the difference between using AI and mastering it. Even a single small automation can free hours every week, and compound over time. I want to hear from this community: What’s one task you’ve automated (or wish you could automate) to make your life easier?
