Curious how I genuinely shifted how I coach, build, and communicate. I just completed the AI in Coaching Certification with @Evelyn Weiss and Lara Young, and it was one of those experiences where everything clicks at once. Not in an overwhelming way. In a clear, practical, this actually works way. This certification is not about using AI to sound generic or to automate your voice away. It is about using AI to think better, coach more deeply, see patterns faster, and communicate more easily. It strengthened my coaching skills and gave me a modern marketing lens that remains human, values-led, and grounded. The pace was fast, and I loved that. We met twice a week for two hours each time. It required focus and presence, but the payoff was huge. I applied what I learned, which helped it stick immediately. The next cohort starts in February and will follow that same fast-paced structure. If you like momentum, live implementation, and being in the work while you learn, this is that. There will also be a slower summer cohort offered later, with one session per week, for those who want more space. What stood out most to me was how applicable everything was. This was not theory sitting in a notebook. It was frameworks moving straight into real coaching conversations, clearer offers, and more confident messaging. This is my third Skool and so aligned. With this certification, I was finally able to monetize a skill through my coaching! I needed the push and found it! Let's go! If you’re just getting started on Skool, I put together this one-page guide to help. It outlines the exact strategy I’m using with this group, and it’s been working well so far.
