How Do You Limit Scrolling?
Honest question for the entrepreneurs in here… How are you actually managing your time online vs offline right now? And I don’t mean the ideal version. I mean real life. Because if you’re anything like me, a big chunk of your life is happening online. Skool groups. Building offers. Amazon. Content. YouTube. It adds up fast. And then at the end of the day… you’re still on your phone. That’s the part I’ve been really looking at lately. I used to think I just needed more “balance”… Now I’m not even sure that’s the goal. What I do know is this: I’ve caught myself replacing one habit with another. Less wine… more scrolling. Lying in bed thinking I’m “winding down” but really just keeping my brain switched on. So I’ve been experimenting with small shifts. One that’s actually helped? Journaling at night. I used to only journal in the morning, but now I do a quick brain dump before bed. Same journal I sell, nothing fancy, just getting the noise out of my head. It doesn’t make me perfect. I still reach for my phone some nights. But it’s enough to notice a difference. So now I’m curious about YOU… What are you doing to actually get offline? Not the “I should do this” list… the stuff you’re actually doing. And if you’re not doing anything yet… is this even something you’re thinking about?
