How to turn off variations in a DCT?
Hey all, running a DCT for a campaign. Have clear winners with the text/copy, how is best to turn off the 'non-winning' variations? Do I go into the ad and simply delete the variations that I dont want to continue? Loom Explanation: https://www.loom.com/share/181810ee9b68431e8af255637ecc1843 Thanks

@Thure Sander so would you recommend here duplicating the ad, and only using the winning aspects (as with the copy especially there’s a clear winner

tl;dr: I have decided to make Jimmy's Agency Brain completely free for a limited time as I really just want to help as many of you as I can. You can access it by getting to level 2. Access it Here https://www.skool.com/kings/classroom/421ef76e?md=30a2b553536f43bf8fde5992a0fc1c3e When I started this group, my mission was simple: Help as many agencies as I can run their business properly, master service delivery, and keep clients forever. Because the truth is, most of the problems in our industry, the churn, the constant client hunting, the burnout, come from never really nailing the fundamentals of running an agency and looking after clients the right way. I’ve spent years coaching thousands of agency owners, and I kept seeing the same questions come up over and over again: - How do I keep clients longer? - How do I fix delivery issues without losing trust? - How do I run my agency like a business, not a hamster wheel? That’s why I built Jimmy’s Agency Brain, an AI assistant trained on over 3,700 real coaching calls I’ve done with agency owners. It’s like having me in your pocket 24/7, ready to give you my real, proven answers instantly, no fluff, no theory, just what works in the real world. This tool used to be paid, but I want it in the hands of as many serious agency owners here as possible. So I’m making it a Level 2 Gift and COMPLETELY FREE. All you need to do to unlock it is: 1. Make a post in the group 2. Comment on a few other posts That’s it. No cost, no catch, just show up, engage, and you’ll get lifetime access to something that can genuinely change the way you run your agency. Because if this group becomes full of agency owners who get it, who master service and client retention, we raise the standard for the whole space. Let’s make that the norm. – Jimmy

@Lazare Amaury with all due respect, that’s the most useless outreach message I’ve ever received.
How to test a new lead form? - Quick help if possible
I have this ad running for my client, very happy with all the metrics, except the lead form has not converted. I use the same lead form strucutre for all my cleints as they're all fiarly similar home improvement niches, and I always achieve 10% conversion rate on lead form. Here this ad has had 27 link clicks, in total on the campaign 40+ link clicks no leads. So it's a lead form issue, how should I add the new lead form? In the same ad, duplicate the ad with new form, duplicate ad set with same ad new form...etc (Caveat: I will say, all of my clients who are similar locations and home improvement niches have had this exact same experience, not getting no leads but a huge decline in lead conversion from Monday to Friday this week specifically - this has never been an issue) 60 Second Loom: https://www.loom.com/share/7f2b21eaef344b60bc7c0083c9fc56e7?sid=f2859ea9-68ef-457b-a31a-9cb8b4b6639b

Okay cool that makes sense. Honestly, I do that exact lead form structure for every single client, and it converts amazingly for every client except this one, so that's why I was thrown off. I'll make a new one and launch that. What would you suggest here with all clients slowing down this past 6 days (solely link clicks to leads slowed - everything else the exact same)? - Ride it out and just wait, launch some new ads slightly different creative (I know that's likely a broad question)

@Thure Sander Yeah sure thanks anyway. Lost on what to do with this campaign that's getting nothing, very good metrics and a lead form that has never failed me before. Ive made a new lead form with just 2 questions that are stupidly simple so hopefully that helps
Testing new HVAC offer - same campaign? same ad set?
For a client we've been running a 10% off install offer for the past 2 months - he's said the leads coming in are shit. So I am changing the offer from 10% off to free estimate so theres no discount incentive. So far i have done 1 campaign, 1 ad set and 3 ads inside optimzes for the winner. Should i keep the same campaign and duplicate the ad set to keep all of the opimziations in there, and just have a new set of ads in a seperate ad set Or As its a new offer, should I start a fresh new campaig and ad sets because the old ad set my have omptimzations and data stored for "cheap quality leads" Thanks!
On-going campaign management and when to make changes?
Hey guys, currently taking on lots of clients so having the mental battle of focusing on acquisition + managing clients ads. So my question is, does anyone have an advice or SOPs or checklists of continuosly managing a clients campaign to keep constant results. Basically I want to set time blocks in the week, where i go into all clients accounts and check that everything is running as it should, tick off that all metrics are doing well and identify when I need to make changes when X metric has dropped for Y period of time..etc meaning okay now it's time for a change. Tis way i can keep on top of it all in an organise way any tips on this?
