I’m currently working on a Zoho project where I set up an automation using Zoho Flow to automatically create a project and an invoice whenever a contact is marked as Closed Won. During the setup, the automation caused the projects to duplicate multiple times. I now need to urgently delete these duplicated projects in bulk (for example, 100 at a time). Unfortunately, I do not have the option to perform bulk deletion and can only delete projects manually one by one. There are over 2,000+ duplicated projects, and this is causing serious system clutter and operational delays. This needs to be resolved as soon as possible.
Looking for experts to clarify if the following capabilities are available with Assistable. I know these are a handful of questions, but would appreciate anyone who can help. Thanks in advance. 1. Booking directly to Google calendars instead of to GHL calendars 2. Booking multiple appointments in 1 voice call or sms or live chat conversation 3. Looking up orders for an eCommerce business through voice and conversational AI 4. Quality of foreign languages in voice ai calls e.g. Vietnamese, mandarin, Japanese 5. Stability and reliability of platform to be deployed in production 6. Availability of MCP
Hello, I’ve worked with Assistable and GoHighLevel setups quite a bit, so here’s the quick rundown: • Google Calendar: It mainly books through the GHL calendar, which then syncs to Google. So technically it’s not booking directly to Google, but it keeps everything in sync pretty smoothly. • Multiple bookings in one chat/call: Not a native feature yet, but you can make it happen with some custom logic or routing between calendars. • E-commerce order lookups: Yep, possible—you just need to connect the assistant to your store or CRM via an integration or webhook so it can pull order data. • Foreign languages: Quality depends on which speech engine is used. Vietnamese, Mandarin, and Japanese can work pretty well, but definitely test in your specific accent/dialect. • Stability: It’s solid for production, but like any AI system, your setup and telephony provider matter. I always recommend testing at a small scale first before a full rollout. • MCP: That’s a newer standard for AI tool connections—you’d need to confirm directly with the Assistable team if they support it yet.
