Can someone please reach out to me about canceling my subscription ASAP
i have not used this tool for several months, it is not even hooked up to my ghl account for several months either, i tried to cancel in August but got into a car accident and had other prios, now i am trying to sort things out and this is one of them. I dont understand how to cancel your subscription, i dont see an option for it anywhere

What is the best way to build a tool for extracting 100 potential custom fields
im trying to deside on how to build a agent to replace a call center that basically just asks questions and then writes down the answers but there is alot of questions that could be asked. should i use assitable or ghl native inbound agent for this because idk if i build alot of extraction tools for each question and if i do then im worried because someone told me that to many tools in an agent will break the agent

ohhhhhhh okay awesome, the prompt is a bit limiting tho for the tool directions when i have so many questions i need to ask. anyway i could pay you for you time for like a loom or best practice video on it? i could save my client 220K a year if i replace his call center with this agent so i really want to make this work and right now GHL voice ai seems to be the best solution unfortunately because im unsure how to build this in assistable
