Seeking the Unconscious
Engaging with the shadow and the inner work has been the most rewarding form of healing for me šŸ™šŸ’š One of my favorite books. "The point of inner work is to build consciousness. By learning to do your own inner work, you gain insight into the conflicts and challenges that your life presents. You are able to search the hidden depths of your own unconscious to find the strengths and resources that wait to be discovered there." - Inner Work by Rober A. Johnson

@Christa Lovas šŸ™šŸ’ššŸ¤ Thank you for the kind words. I really believe the inner work is such an important part of our individuation. One of the surprising things was witnessing all the patterns that were running in the background unchecked.
Gratitude & Reflection šŸ™šŸ’š
Grand Rising! Hope everyone is having a beautiful Sunday. Taking a morning stroll through the trails and forest this morning. It’s a place for me to disconnect and connect at the same time. ā˜Æļø Living in Michigan, one of my favorite times is when the winter breaks and spring is making its way. The forest and nature becomes more lively. I can go deep in the woods to explore before the thick vegetation starts to grow. āœŒļø Here are a few sentences I came across to reflect on during my morning exploration: 1. The most dangerous form of blindness is believing that your perspective is the only reality. 2. Don’t forget to imagine the best case scenario too. 3. There will always be someone who can’t see your worth. Don’t let it be you. Grateful for you all šŸ™ šŸ’š

@Laura Hansen Thank you šŸ™šŸ’š, Grateful to be here. The heart is the doorway to the soul. "Let my soul smile through my heart and my heart smile through my eyes, that I may scatter rich smiles in sad hearts." - Paramahansa Yogananda
The Story of Our Life
"The simple truth is that every person is an artist, and the art that we create is the story of our life." -Don Jose Ruiz šŸ’ššŸ’ššŸ’š

Getting out in nature and walking the wooded trails is always a huge one for me, but also just going for a walk in general helps get me there.

@Andrew Brooks much appreciated, Andrew. Being outside exploring what's around us adds so much adventure in just a simple walk when we engage with things a bit differently.
Small Changes… Big Shift in My Energy Lately
Lately I’ve been realizing something… A lot of us say we want freedom, peace, and a higher vibration—but we’re still stuck in the same routines that drain us. For me, I started changing small things: - What I focus on daily - What I consume - And how I spend my time outside my ā€œnormal lifeā€ That shift alone started changing everything slowly. I’m still on the journey, not perfect—but definitely more aware. Curious… what’s one thing you’ve changed recently that improved your energy or mindset?

@Di Lorenzo Very nice! I haven't been to Atlanta, only Savannah area. Michigan winters get whacky for sure lol...we are breaking into spring, finally so it's warming up and bringing in lots of rain
