SOTD: Creed Aventus Cologne
I finally got the one fragrance that I've been wanting for a long time. This is my 3rd Creed fragrance, so it fits in nicely. The experience of wearing this today was pretty cool. I felt confident, but my confidence went when I got a couple of compliments. This was the first time that someone said what are you wearing like cologne wise bc when you walked by me the smell was beautiful and nice. I know it doesn't happen like that always but pretty cool to experience. Thought I would share.

Hi everyone, I’m Michael Pacheco—glad to be part of the group! I’m looking forward to sharing some experiences from my fragrance journey and learning from yours as well. I work as an analyst at a bank, and for a long time I thought I only recently got into fragrances. But after chatting with friends, I realized I’ve been a frag head for years—I just didn’t know it! My collection currently sits around 250 fragrances. It used to be larger, but once I took stock of how many I had, I started gifting some to friends and donating others to Goodwill. That moment really shifted my mindset. I had been collecting just to collect, but now I’m focused on curating quality over quantity. Lately, I’ve slowed down my buying and become more intentional with what I add. I may still pass along a few more bottles to help refine my collection even further. My first fragrance was Coty Aspen, which I loved without realizing it shared DNA with Green Irish Tweed. I always got compliments when I wore it. For years, Aqua Di Gio was my go-to favorite, but as my collection grew, so did my list of favorites. I’ve found that smelling good genuinely boosts my confidence, and that’s part of what keeps me passionate about this hobby. Excited to be here and connect with fellow fragrance lovers!
