Best Recovery Tools?
I've been through many different injury's in the past, but not just that, but also recovering from the BJJ classes I attend in general, so I am curious what y'all suggest, and do for recovery? Here's the things I do/recommend👇 - Stretching/Yoga - Good sleep - Raw honey for muscle recovery, and helps with T-levels if you're a guy - Keeping reps in reserve for hypertrophy workouts, don't be going to failure all the time - NSDR - Non Sleep Deep Rest - a meditation that helps with resetting the brain for better performance Write a comment on what you do👇

I have a few compression wraps that have soft pliable ice packs built in. After class and my shower I wear those compression ice wraps on my knees and I think it really helps. I also of course take the popular vitamins that most players take, zinc, magnesium, D3, multivitamin, creatine. I am not sure if any of it actually helps, but in my mind it does so there is that. I also have a ton of KT laying around, LOL.

Whats the first things to learn in bjj?

how to enjoy the ride. I think just learning to show up even when you don't want to is the first thing to learn. Learn to tap early, tap a lot and learn to learn. Let your ego go, and just play. BJJ is very humbling and the mats don't lie. Just learn to enjoy the roller coaster marathon.

I think there are a few ways. But one way is is for people to like your comments.
