Whats the first things to learn in bjj?

Hoping to go out to Alberta this summer besides Central Alberta in lacombe what are some good gyms to check out in Calgary

Anyone in the Lethbridge, AB area? I'm down here for work and looking to get some training in.

I saw my buddy Kent Peters opening up his DMs to technique requests from followers. So I figured I'd do the same thing over here! If there's a technique you're curious about, drop it below. I don't know every technique there is, but I've got a decent roll-a-dex to work from. Hopefully I can help and shoot a technique video of it for you!
