What you do after BJJ, is just as important as a post workout meal, so take this seriously, if you do BJJ, or wrestling Here's exactly what I do👇 - Take a shower - obviously, don't want to get staph - Limit light exposure - this is so that way I get good sleep, and limiting your light exposure before bed will help you out a lot - Supplements - My Dad does them so I don't know them all but I know I take Omega 3's, Turmeric, Zinc, Magnesium, and Vitamin D, and K - Raw Honey - this has a lot of nutrients, and really helps with recovery after BJJ, and Testosterone Hope this helps Comment what you do after practice everyday👇 let's help each other out!
