Is speed to lead really that important?
How does everybody go about managing lead nurturing when you have longer sales cycles with things like this? Obviously, follow up is incredibly important, but no one immediately turns around and buys a house in two days. Is speed to lead really something that is that much of a focus? I'm wondering because I'm in the process of building out some speed to lead systems, and I don't know if it's really worth the investment at this point in time. Without question, it's much more efficient being able to follow up and respond to an incoming lead, and even half an hour is incredible, but I'm curious to see what other people think and if it's something really worth investing into. The real foundation of this question is if it's worth it to do inbound, outbound, or maybe just rather lean on pre-purchased or sourced leads.

@Kenny Faulk I have been looking at some of the Ai autodialers and ringless voicemail. There are a few more options today then there were before. What are you considering for your target area? Happy to share notes when I finish my planning.

@Kenny Faulk You can't be bad at lead nurturing, but I'd rather be better at inbound response time. Lots of people looking for motivated sellers, if you miss that limited window to connect, it may have been your only opportunity with that seller.

@Richard Dylan the smaller investors typically it is capital and often being patient. But usually it is a good patience. To save up enough for the down payment, repairs, reserves and the like it can take years and I am a big believer in smart growth. Let's get to two after you feel good about one and it makes sense. Sustainable scaling...
