Is speed to lead really that important?
How does everybody go about managing lead nurturing when you have longer sales cycles with things like this? Obviously, follow up is incredibly important, but no one immediately turns around and buys a house in two days. Is speed to lead really something that is that much of a focus? I'm wondering because I'm in the process of building out some speed to lead systems, and I don't know if it's really worth the investment at this point in time. Without question, it's much more efficient being able to follow up and respond to an incoming lead, and even half an hour is incredible, but I'm curious to see what other people think and if it's something really worth investing into. The real foundation of this question is if it's worth it to do inbound, outbound, or maybe just rather lean on pre-purchased or sourced leads.

@Michael Gorman Im really thinking about heavily investing in cold outbound campaigns and just pushing volume through automation and AI

@Renee Monegain I appreciate the input! So would you say lead nurturing is much more impactful compared to inbound response time?
Marketing campaigns & lead management
Hey everyone! Something I keep thinking about in real estate: Agents are running paid campaigns, posting on social, buying leads from Zillow and Realtor.com and then manually triaging everything that comes in. New lead hits. Someone has to notice it, log it, assign it, and follow up. And that window between "lead submits a form" and "agent actually reaches out" is where a lot of deals quietly die. I've been mapping out what it would look like to actually connect the pieces, campaign source tracked on entry, lead auto-routed based on where they came from and what they're asking about, follow-up sequence triggered immediately, agent notified with context already attached. No lead sitting in an inbox waiting for someone to action it. Just clean hands free consistency and lead nurturing. Curious whether this is a real bottleneck for people running teams or managing volume or if most operations have already figured this out and I'm late to the problem. What does your current lead intake actually look like when it's firing on all cylinders?

How do you source leads?
Hey everyone, super excited to be here. Wanted to jump in with something that's been on my mind, how are you all sourcing your leads? I know there are services to purchase leads but that can get a bit costly, anybody had luck with other approaches? I've had some friends mention doing your own lead sourcing from public records or web scraping but im still learning and didnt know how successful that may be. Curious if anyone else has had any luck with these alternative approaches. Any insight or feedback of your experiences would be much appreciated and I hope you're all having a great day for now!

@Briggs John this is such a clean and distilled insight thank you! I think theres a lot of value and wisdom in the way you framed this and fundamentally you need to assess what you can execute best on and then master that avenue. Ill have to sit down and do some deep thinking regarding all this but I appreciate your insight!

@Briggs John It definitely did man thank you so much! Its pretty easy to get overwhelmed with so much information available and decision paralysis is such a real thing so thank you for just throwing it all out there no fluff! Much appreciated boss!
New week.
I’ve been thinking about lead generation a lot Everyone says, find motivated sellers. But not many talk about how much consistency it actually takes This week I’m focusing on👉 Volume + follow-up Because one conversation won’t change anything. But consistent outreach might 👇 What’s your main focus this week in real estate?

Consistency and exposure in my opinion will always be greater than a strong closer. You can have the best closer in the world but if you have no leads to work off of then you get minimal output and its all for nothing. Im definitely hammering down this week though and trying to get a better pulse on good lead gen systems im sure they're a game changer!
