Level 9!
I know this post is a little late and long overdue but it has been a busy week trying to get things wrapped up at the office in time for the Christmas holiday. I'm also terrible at these kinds of things. So I apologize ahead of time🤣 I want to take a moment to thank all of you for being part of this journey with me. I would not have reached level 9 without your support, encouragement, and conversations. I'm truly grateful for your kindness and friendship. I would first like to thank @Antonio Centeno for creating this group that allows us to interact with each other. I have built friendships and had amazing camaraderie with the men in this group. I also want to give special thanks to @James Milson , @Jeffrey Plotka , @Raymond Reeves , @Gunny Khan , @Banjo Piggott Wright , @Sean Kavanaugh , @Carl Ronny Birkeland , @Justin Tillery , @Robert Meyers , @Alan Dormire , and @Mitch Hoover I know I'm forgetting a whole bunch of people but thank you to the many others that I have forgotten. Thanks again you guys are the best!

Style Inspiration
Fellas, I could use some style inspiration. I’m not much of a shoe guy, most of what I own are designer sneakers. I’m currently looking for ways to incorporate them with dress pants or suits for a clean, modern look. What sneaker styles, colors, or fits work best for you? If you’ve got photos, tips, or go-to combos, drop them in, and let me know which brands. Stay Well.

@Morgan John Thanks
Your Health is Your Foundation
Your mind and body are the multiplier for everything you do. If that multiplier is weak… Your results will be weak. Most people don’t get that. They think they can "grind" for 16 hours a day… Eat garbage… Skip their workouts… Ignore their mental state… …and somehow still expect to operate at a high level. I used to think that way too. I used to tell myself I would “fix it later” once things slowed down. They never do. Not for me. Not for you. Not for anybody who actually plans on building something real. If you want to carry the load necessary to reach high levels of success in your life... You need to build yourself into the kind of person who can actually endure it mentally and physically. Which means your health isn't optional. It's not a luxury... It's a foundation. Treat it as such. ~ Andy Frisella

@Sean Kavanaugh This is spot on. We forget that our body and mind are the engines behind every goals we chase. If they’re running on fumes, nothing else hits its full potential. Success isn’t just about building something great it’s about becoming someone strong enough to sustain it. Treating health as the foundation isn’t optional, it’s the advantage. I appreciate this reminder. Stay strong!
