And not to mention all the quality material in the “classroom” - I will be looking forward to learn even more🤩
💡 Day 4: Restore with Red Light
We’re almost there—Day 4 of the challenge! 🙌 Today’s focus is on red light therapy and how it can support thyroid regeneration and boost energy production. While special devices are one way to get red light, the most natural source is right outside your door—sunrise and sunset. 🌅🌇 That soft red/infrared light helps calm the nervous system, balance circadian rhythms, and recharge your cells. 💭 Let’s talk: - When was the last time you intentionally watched a sunrise or sunset? - Do you notice how your body or mood shifts after being in that light? ✨ Try stepping outside at the edges of the day—it’s one of the simplest ways to restore energy and calm.

I do often watch the sunset, but I will be even more intentional in absorbing the red tones of light🌅
🌍 Day 3: Ground for Calm & Clarity
Grounding is as simple as putting your bare feet on the earth—grass, sand, or soil. Science shows this direct contact helps calm the nervous system, lower inflammation, and bring balance back to the body. For those of us with hyperthyroidism, where the body often feels “on overdrive,” grounding can be a powerful reset. 💭 When was the last time your bare feet touched the earth?

Thanks for the reminder. I find nature very calming and grounding. I have had the habit of grounding with trees 🌳 I will revive that🥰
🥗 Day 2: Nourish
Have you watched today’s video yet? 🍽️ Today we’re focusing on nourishment—because the foods you choose directly impact your energy, mood, and healing. 💭 I’d love to hear: - Since developing Graves’, have you made any nutritional changes? - If so, what’s worked for you? And if not, what feels most challenging about making changes? ✨ Let’s keep the conversation going—share one nourishing choice you’re making today (meal, snack, or even just being intentional about food). Your story could be the encouragement someone else needs!

@Kristina Nalevaikienė What is the GAPS? I have been on keto for multiple years back when I had my first flare… Now I’m trying Antiinflammatory eating but find it very limiting in social settings
🚰 Day 1: Hydration Check-In
Did you watch today’s video yet? 👀 We’re kicking things off with something so simple, but so powerful—hydration. Proper hydration isn’t just about quenching thirst—it’s key for cell communication and keeping your body balanced. 💭 Reflect: - How are you about hydration right now? - Can you tell when your body isn’t hydrated? What do you notice? ✨ Accountability time: Let’s keep each other on track today! Post a pic or share what you’re drinking to stay hydrated—water, mineral water, herbal tea, electrolytes… whatever’s in your cup. Let’s do this together. 💪💧
