Science market part 2 (extra pic)
Mike mentzer as the dead skeleton with his heavy duty shirt, still trying to spread his legacy towards to people. It was so much fun. Eventhough he is gone, his soul and spirit is still with us. Thank you Mike and Michelangelo.

Science Market!
Today, it was an awesome experience to present my presentation about the human body as an art piece: with michelangelo's marble and Mentzer's muscles. A lot of people came up to me and asked about Mentzer's perspective on the human body with his philosophy and the heavy duty Methods. I compared Mentzer with michelangelo their visions and art work on the human body and more! Eventhough mike is not here anymore, his soul will still be alive with me, likewise with michelangelo.

I made this for my profile essay where I talk about the human body as an art piece with Michelangelo's marble and Mentzer's Muscles. Here is one of the art pieces I made.

Grip Preferences
So with measuring HIT progress, I know you want to keep the grip / exercises the same from workout to workout in order to track effectively. What is everyone’s preferred grip for: Pulldowns Rows Shoulder press Right now I’m doing supinated pulldowns, neutral grip seated row, pronated should press Curious what you guys think is the optimal grip to maximize progress with limited volume on a HIT routine

Yea do a grip where you can get the most ROM from. How better the ROM, how better the exercise.
Consultation call with Markus
I went with Markus in a call and we talked about a lot of things. From my starting point at the gym to teachings of mike and his people who have spend time with, especially with Markus himself. I learned more about Mike, Markus and High Intensity training itself. He even told me that I might become the next Mike Mentzer LOL. But unfortunately we had to end the call early because Markus had to go. So we will do another call this Sunday and ill share the rest of the story here. It was an awesome birthday gift for me and im looking forward to the next call! (I turned 19)
