Grip Preferences
So with measuring HIT progress, I know you want to keep the grip / exercises the same from workout to workout in order to track effectively.
What is everyone’s preferred grip for:
Pulldowns
Rows
Shoulder press
Right now I’m doing supinated pulldowns, neutral grip seated row, pronated should press
Curious what you guys think is the optimal grip to maximize progress with limited volume on a HIT routine
