Movement - Morning Run + Walk + Lift Water - ✅ Protein - ✅ Not enjoying this. I'm calling it a learning curve. It feels like forced eating of stuff I don't much care for. It will require more attention to dial in on things that I like and work for me. Process... Leader Habit - Edited social media clips for podcast. Research filming techniques to create fast, cinematic looking content.

Do you like cottage cheese? It has quite a bit of protein. I eat it for lunch most days.

Worke up in the middle of the night last night with a high fever and severe sore throat. Spent today resting and sleeping a lot and managing symptoms. Hit water, but nothing else today.

I made it to the gym everyday this week (YAY). I've also walked my dogs 2-4 miles each day. I'm definitely drinking more water since I stopped drinking a coffee in the afternoon (replaced that with water). I've been working on balance with my foot! Excited for the weekend! :)

Did a 3 mile walk with my husband and dogs. He doesn't like walking with the dogs since they slow him down, so it was a plus for us to walk together! Did an extra 1 mile in the afternoon. What are the protein goals? I honestly don't think I'll ever hit the water goal!! Focusing on drinking tea at night and not a glass of wine.

@Elena Nordin i stopped drinking a coffee in the afternoon and replaced that with water.
