A Foggy Day…Far from LondonTown
Growing up with films set in Europe it’s not a stretch to say my style is very Euro-Forward. Don’t get me wrong i’m as American as apple pie and gunpowder but, I must concede that it’s European counterparts who have the best style. All that to say for my outfit to the office I went with an all black look with my Scottish Tweed coat reminiscent of a London style. Outfit Breakdown: Scottish Tweed Herringbone Blazer - Turtleneck Jumper - H&M Black Khaki Trousers - Dockers Oxfords - Clarks Timepiece Pulsar Tank by Seiko ref. V5015a20 Fragrance: Replica, Jazz Club - Maison Margiela

I love the watch, I just ordered a Bulova Sinatra My Way in the gold colorway, and can’t wait for it to arrive. It’ll be my first rectangular and my first dress watch. As for the European style, I agree with you. I especially love the Alain Delon 60s Riviera style, but that’s more reserved for summer only unfortunately.
A Chilly Debut
Admittedly, California doesn’t get “cold weather” like my fellow counterparts to the South, East and Middle states but, when it’s crests below 60° I begin to reach for the coats. Like I said in our call yesterday many of my clothing items come from second hand places, Ebay, Poshmark, Goodwill, Etc. Ironically this Camel coat, which i’ve now worn for the first time was purchased during a heatwave! Outfit Breakdown: - Winston Camel Coat - Charles Tyrwhitt Dress Shirt - Dockers Khaki Trousers - Amberjack Chelsea Boots - Timepiece: Seiko 5 Sport GMT - Fragrance: Perseverance by Manscaped

I probably have the exact same shirt 😂. I buy most of my shirts from Charles Tyrwhitt and from what I can see they’re identical

In the shop, waiting for my car to get alignment. This helps exercise my brain. What do you do to pass the time & unwind?

@Tudor Boteanu welcome back Tudor!
Greetings gentlemen
Hello gentlemen. I'm pleased to be joining you all in this new society. I was a member of the original Society of Ordinary Gentlemen, and I am glad to see all the familiar faces here. My name is Alkis, which is short for Alkiviadis. I'm from Greece and I turned 18 this summer. I'm studying Chemical Engineering at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Greece, and I have multiple hobbies and interests such as watches, cars and tennis. I really enjoy music genres such as blues and jazz, but I'll often catch myself even listening to hard rock while working out, which really sums up how diverse my Spotify playlists are. The journey of becoming a better individual started when my grandfather passed away when I was 16. From that point in my life I have been trying to make myself a better person, a better man and I've been taking things way more seriously, whether its the way I dress, the way I interact with others or the work I put in to achieve goals. Im excited to be here and looking forward to meeting new like minded individuals, or reconnecting with gentlemen from the previous society. Thank you all.
