Self practice 163
Today I saw a post on being patient with ourselves as we work to be our ideal selves. I opened up space around this and reminded myself of ways in which I can practice patience as I’ve been consistent with Breathwork and other practices to be my ideal self.

Food for thought. Instead of practicing patience I believe one should practice being present in the moment, here and now. There will be no impatience if one stops expecting future results now :)
