Essentially, experiencing someone else control our family's financial future when my career corporate level husband became critically ill and "swoosh!" the corporate employer said, "...we can't wait for you to come back...your release date is yadayada..." That was the moment I knew...and thankfully came upon CRE 101 and Paul Thompson. Admittedly, I seem to be the proverbial "forever" student but I know that of all the real estate programs floating around, commercial real estate/Commercial Deal Academy is the greater potential for me.
