5 things you most do right now to get your first Deal ASAP
1. Stop. Take a break from social media. Facebook, YouTube and TikTok All the noise, negativity and rage bait keep you locked in the sympathetic nervous system (fight, flight or freeze) and BLOCK you from making money. Focus will make you rich. Distraction will keep you stuck. 2. Select one market with at least 500,000 people. Avoid San Francisco and New York City, where attorneys and HOA boards are known to break up deals with no clear reason. 3. Select one marketing channel and only one marketing channel. The best marketing channel is the one that you aligns with, and you can stick to. Go all in on this and don’t stop until you have a deal. Below are some marketing channels I recommend 1. cold calling 2. Texting 3. Driving for Dollar 4. Door Knocking 5. Realtors and MLS 6. Email 7. For sale by owner 8. Bandit signs 4. Make an offer to every motivated seller you speak with. Your offer price should be based on what the buyers in that neighborhood are paying for similar houses. 5.
