Sticking at it.
That was difficult this morning. Not the session but the convincing myself as i stared at the screen that I'd feel happier once I'd completed another session. Glad I convinced myself:-)
Exercise every day?
If I have time will it be a problem to do a session the next day?

Another week and I've managed to do 5 sessions. Although I'm finding it hard to balance when doing one leg in front of the other twist and lying on my side and two leg lift but consistency makes it easier :-)

I felt my session went well this morning and I'm feeling less stiffness when stretching although I'm only just about to start beginner session 4 but feeling encouraged.

Second week started, first session complete of beginner session 2 and feeling encouraged.
What IS YOUR Biggest Challenge?
I am pretty confident many people will have the same problem. And I don't mean back pain. I think I know what most people's barrier is to getting results in overcoming their pain and injury. And I'll let you know the top 3 reasons below (that I hear). But I want to hear YOURS 🫵 Of course, I may likely be wildly wrong. I did overcome my own debilitating back pain, multiple surgeries from rugby, dislocation and finger breaks etc. And I vividly remember the journey coming back from back pain. I have also worked with hundreds of people wanting to overcome their pain. So I have an idea of the challenges. But by no means definitively or all. So please take 1 minute to comment what you feel the biggest barrier to overcoming your back pain (or other injury) is. I will use these responses to create more content, and provide more value around these areas. BTW for me, I believe the biggest barriers to be: 1️⃣ No belief it will work, so not putting in the effort 2️⃣ Being unable to stay consistent while navigating the messiness that is life 3️⃣ Not being in enough pain to motivate the action and changes which may be needed. Please let us know in the comments your biggest barriers to significant progress, and we will hit it head on 👇

I've managed to do 3 20 minute sessions and a 45 minute session this week. Hope to do at least 3 45 minutes this coming week.

I did 45 mins Monday and I've just done a 45 minute session now but I nearly didn't because I'vegot other things to do.. Next session Thursday morning. Keeping going Richard. For me it is all in the planning and reminding myself it's important to keep myself mobile.

Just thought I'd share this very brief video on how to use the search function if you aren't already. This could save you time browsing for sessions, or even having to do a few clicks: Hope it's helpful 🙌 Shout with any questions!
