How many hours do you meditate per day?
What are your meditation habits? How consistent are you (ie. how many days/week) What's the difference in your life when you're meditating regularly or not? What has you stay motivated to meditate or not? What are your challenges/barriers to meditating consistently? Do you meditate guided or in silence? Also, comment if it's guided or in silence.

First thing in the morning preferably. Often guided. In the weekends and evenings, mostly introductions or courses ending in silence. 🧘🏻

@Courtney Larkan Hey Courtney, how cool that you felt happier doing the course! Bravo! Was there an excercise that you felt worked well for you, or that you liked doing most? Do you know why? I try to have one go to excercise top of mind to use when i am alone and feeling stiff or gloomy. I always have to smile doing them. Whishing you well! Take care 🌷

I first sat down and started writing down my smiles but stopped taking my journal around the house when doing stuff. I did make me more aware to start with, i think.
