New payment method causing bad Meta performance?
Hey guys, I got a question, if anyone might have an answer. We are noticing a big dip in performance on our Polish online store in the last week or 2. Our CPA has went up 20%, after we had the best performance in august. We implemented a new payment method right around that time and after implementing it we actually saw an increase in Checkout-order % - so it's not a CR issue. However we did notice an increase in discrepancy between browser and server tracking on Meta. The payment method in question is Przelewy24, which is the most popular payment method in Poland, so it should help with performance and it did improve the CR in that regard. We are using shopify and from what I've seen Przelewy takes the customer to their website to complete the payment - similair as paypal. My concern is that this is causing some problems with the facebook performance however - maybe it's sending wrong signals to Meta which causes a worse performance. We are noticing slower reporting in the Ads dashboard as well. If anyone has any experience about this I'd appreciate some input. Love

@Antonio Romero We're monitoring everything carefully :) Our business was always heavily COD reliant, not sure if you can relate, but COD brings a ton of problems with it like undelivered parcels (and these can reach 15-20% of all orders).
Are you starting to plan for Q4 yet?
Q4 will be here before you know it. The brands that crush holiday sales aren’t scrambling in November. They’re planning now. Do you have any ideas of promotions that you'll run for the holiday season?

Getting started this month with testing some basic offers and more targeted/BF-Christmas offers in september. If there'll be a workshop for that I'd definitely join!

I won't be able to join as well, but I'd love it if you guys could ask a question for me: - how to go about organic strategy in a multi-market EU brand where we use localised content for all of the ads, pages, etc. Focus on english/global content and trying to get them to catch on, doing it localised, other options? Also how to go about the social media account set up in these cases? Especially tik tok, since I know their algorithm is connected to the country/VPN where you're loging in/registering from. It's a long question and specific question so I'll be really grateful if you'll be able to ask it, but if not it's alright. Have a good one :)
Important Community Update
Hey everyone — quick heads up. Over the next few days, we’ll be cleaning up the group and removing members who haven’t been active, posted, or joined any trainings in the last 30 days or more. This isn’t meant to be negative at all. I’m doing this so we can improve the quality of the group and make sure the people inside are actually getting value, sharing wins, and leveling up together. If you’re still active and want to stay in, just comment “present” below so I know you’re still here. Appreciate all of you who continue to show up, share, and support each other. Big things ahead.

Winner creatives lifetime
Hey guys, I've been noticing an interesting pattern and was wondering if anyone saw that with their ads as well. So we're testing our creatives in ABO and after a week or so once we identify a winner we usually move it to our ADV+ scaling campaing. A lot of the times the winners from ABO don't really get a lot of spend there, as there are some other creatives that are better spenders. Sometimes however we find a winner creative that's really crushing all parameters; Spend & KPIs. The thing I noticed is however, once I add a winner ad like that to the scaling campaign, for the first couple of days the performance of the campaign goes crazy, best spend, best KPIs, etc. After a few days, weeks, ... depending on the creative, the campaign just starts performing bad. As if it milked all the juice out of this creative. The problem is that the creative is still taking up 90% of the spend in the campaign that's our top spender, which of course could mean problems for overall performance. The abo ad sets that have this creative also start to decline in results when I add it to the scaling campaign btw. BTW, we're noticing this a lot in ADV+ that most of the time one creative will take majority of the budget even if it's performance isn't really good in the last period of time. ADV is really a black box for me, forcing me to really just go with my instincts a lot of the time when optimising. What I've been doing so far is turning it off in the scaling campaign after a couple days of consecutive bad results and trying to turn it back on after a while and monitor what's happening. I'm not really the biggest fan of this however as it basically causes us to lose a great performing creative. I'm wondering if anyone else has experience with something similar and how you go about optimising and scaling your winner creatives to prolong the time they perform good for you. I was thinking maybe: - turning on multiple winner creatives at once and having them battle for the best performance - prolonging the testing period and adding it after a higher spend in the abo - sticking with turning it off after a day or 2 of bad results and then turning it back on after a while and rotating the previous winners like that - keeping them on while the results are good then switching to a new winner.
