New payment method causing bad Meta performance?
Hey guys, I got a question, if anyone might have an answer.
We are noticing a big dip in performance on our Polish online store in the last week or 2.
Our CPA has went up 20%, after we had the best performance in august.
We implemented a new payment method right around that time and after implementing it we actually saw an increase in Checkout-order % - so it's not a CR issue.
However we did notice an increase in discrepancy between browser and server tracking on Meta.
The payment method in question is Przelewy24, which is the most popular payment method in Poland, so it should help with performance and it did improve the CR in that regard.
We are using shopify and from what I've seen Przelewy takes the customer to their website to complete the payment - similair as paypal.
My concern is that this is causing some problems with the facebook performance however - maybe it's sending wrong signals to Meta which causes a worse performance. We are noticing slower reporting in the Ads dashboard as well.
If anyone has any experience about this I'd appreciate some input.
Love
