Week 3 Day 1-2
Morning All, Wow!!! Last week of another challenge. Getting back into the breath work has been really good especially with it being a very hectic time for me. I’m enjoying this week’s flow and it’s nice to have the bees breathe again. The new breath with its holds does make it interesting and at first it was a little different but slowly getting into it. I’m grateful for: 1. The time to spend with my love one 2. The time to relax and reenergise 3. The time to grow Have a great day everyone 🙏🙏🙏

Week Day 5-6
Afternoon All, Changed my breath work today. Had a sleep in this morning with my darling wife, after my Xmas party last night. I’m grateful for: 1. The beauty in everything 2. The cool wind on a hot day 3. Spending time with the ones we love Have a great weekend everyone and see you all tomorrow morning 🙏🙏
Day 11
Morning fam It feels good to show up. This 21 days challenge is an act of self love for me. Doing things that fill my cup like this,I love it!!! What I am doing is valuable and enough. I’ve just noticed it’s day 11 on the 11th. Need I say more 🙌🏼 I am grateful for sleep I am grateful for my supportive loving husband I am grateful to be here Have a wonderful day beautiful humans 🌻🩷✨

Week 2 Day 3-4
WOW!!! This has been a really good week for me. I’m feeling more centred and relaxed, especially with this been the second to last week of work. Yes things are still getting to me but I’m able to handle the situation a little better than before. Doing the meditation for me in the morning is a great way to start the day, it sets the tone for the day. It has helped me to forgive myself and apologies to everyone I have hurt. I’m grateful for: 1. The beautiful warm sun 2. My body that is so amazing 3. Happiness I hope everyone is doing well and have a wonderful day 🙏🙏🙏
Day 10
Morning fam Sometimes loving yourself isn’t always easy. For example setting boundaries is an action of self love,but it can be hard to do. I had situation recently where I noticed myself doing and saying things I didn't want to because I was afraid of hurting someone else’s feelings. Setting that boundary was hard,but I knew I had done the right thing because of the sense of relief I felt afterwards. I was also grateful I noticed that pattern in time before it repeated itself 🙌🏼 I am grateful for a comfortable bed I am grateful for this life and everything it has to offer I am grateful for the opportunity’s coming my way I hope everyone has a beautiful day 🩷🌸

Change and growth is always scary but I know if your coming from your true self, all those uncomfortable feelings will be ok as you are speaking your truth 🩷🩷🩷
