I followed this community couple of months ago. At that time my missión was to explore other skool free communities that needed a closer. But what I found on this community is gold. Everything Ben said was actually making click after click with my previous experiences and the learning was wonderfull. But at the moment I didn't had a Job. Now I do and It's great what this new start up I'm working on is doing (IA for content creation) but again the same knowledge I got from the free sesions of Ben was part of the knowledge that helped me get this Job. The Mom test is based on you testing a new Idea or solution. But what if a company has already had a product for 5+ years, how should you adopt the mom test in a specific scenario like this ?

Some AI that I found to be extremely valuable for businesses
1. Deep Personalization System Cold Email: Use AI to personalize the first line of your cold email. Current AI isn't good enough to write a compelling offer. Make it only write the first personalized line and that's all you need. The rest should be standardized. Personalization -> Elevator pitch -> social proof -> CTA 2. Unlimited Content Generation + Content Improvement System: Use AI to scrape your competition's content, gets their transcripts, filter by the best performing ones, and then uses AI to find gaps in that content to improve. AI then writes better content for you and lets you repurpose that content for social media, YouTube scripts, and more. 3. Customer Service and Support: Feed all your company's SOP and FAQ into a chatbot and you have yourself a chatbot that is working 24/7. Redirect traffic to a real customer support rep if the AI doesn't know how to solve it. 4. Lead response system (inbound): Automate a system that is able to send intro email like human. Leads submits form -> AI scrape company data -> AI sends introduction email within 5 minutes. Speed to contact matters. 5. Proposal Generation System: Use AI to generate tailored proposals or pitch decks in minutes. Replace the client information (deliverables, project scopes and timeline) and you can send that to your clients within 10 minutes after the discovery call. No more wasting 3 hours building a deck from scratch. I built all these systems on Make.com and these are the top 5 systems that I've built for my clients.

This is Very cool and useful. I agree first line personalization is key and the rest you can leave it standardized. Does the program allows you to do A/B Testing?

@Benjamin Reed thank you for your Input. For me is more that I was away from the outbound outreach since the days of chat GPT booming. And went on another Job making cold calling so I moved away from email outreach during that period of time. In the past 2021 - 2022, it used to work for me to personalize just some part of the email (name,Job description, company, seed stage) by using apollo and the rest of it was standard and we proved two types of email with different standardized bodies. Right now I know for sure I must be very far from what’s going on with cold email outreach. Used to send approximately 150 new emails a day (Without counting the email sequences active). At that time it gave me 3 booked calls daily but getting more close to finishing 2022 it was getting harder and harder. At that moment worked for me but this is one of the reasons Im in this community I know the rules have changed but don’t know exactly how.
