Handstand practice
Not the prettiest but I managed to hold with just a single foot/big toe on the wall. Think I need to tuck my hips under a bit more and move shoulders forward but I surprised myself!

@Karyn Ainsworth this is the very first time I can get my both knees up!! 😁 Just a few seconds but it's the first feeling of some kind of balancing 🥳🥳 I'm very happy 😁

Since the New Year
I’ve been quiet in here lately. I finished December with a total of 1550 squats, 2000 push ups and 1550 bodyweight rows … 31 days of doing squats, push ups and bodyweight rows every day. I started off this year doing a Somatic Yoga challenge … every day I’m doing a Somatic Yoga practice. I’m also adding in mobility work to help with my Jan challenge here of improving the comfort of a deep squat. Gotta loosen up dem hips. Let’s do this …

My handstand today
I just don't understand why is so hard the kick up, I just can't get my hips to the wall. So I'm focusing on trying to balance from W2C. Now I see that I can throw more my hips to my back. I activate my core too But I don't know what's missing to start floating. I already saw the course of handstands... Maybe it's just a matter of time? 🤔

Tuesday action
I did my whole session. I added one set on the callisthenics moves. I think 3 is where I'm at now. Felt perfect. And my favorite: the handstand practice. Besides walking to the wall, I'm trying to do this position with one leg at 90 degrees. I'm working a lot on opening my shoulders because I feel that's what I need in order to really align my shoulders and hips. But I'm still afraid of completely extending the leg on the wall, I feel I'm going to fall on my back 😅 But I feel a little closer each day. Millimeter by millimeter I'm gaining strength and trust . Any suggestion is welcome. I'll be posting how it goes 😁🤸‍♀️
