I did my whole session. I added one set on the callisthenics moves. I think 3 is where I'm at now. Felt perfect. And my favorite: the handstand practice. Besides walking to the wall, I'm trying to do this position with one leg at 90 degrees. I'm working a lot on opening my shoulders because I feel that's what I need in order to really align my shoulders and hips. But I'm still afraid of completely extending the leg on the wall, I feel I'm going to fall on my back 😅 But I feel a little closer each day. Millimeter by millimeter I'm gaining strength and trust . Any suggestion is welcome. I'll be posting how it goes 😁🤸♀️
