If You Could Talk to Yourself One Year Ago… What Would You Say?
Pause for a second. Think about where you were exactly one year ago. Your habits. Your mindset. Your struggles. Your excuses. Your goals. Now look at yourself today. Some things improved. Some things stayed the same. Some things… you’re still “working on.” And that’s where this question hits: If you could go back and give yourself ONE piece of advice… what would it be? Would you say: • “Start earlier.” • “Stop overthinking.” • “Be consistent, not perfect.” • “Take your health seriously.” • “Don’t wait for motivation.” • “You’re wasting time.” Because here’s the truth most people ignore: The advice you’d give your past self… is exactly what your current self still needs to follow. Reality Check A year from now, you’ll either say: “I’m so glad I stayed consistent.” or “I wish I had started when I had the chance.” There’s no third option. The Shift Stop treating time like you have unlimited of it. One year will pass anyway. The only question is: Will you repeat the same patterns… or finally break them? 💬 Drop your answer below: What advice would you give your past self from one year ago? (And are you actually following it now?) 👀

I would say myself that you should believe in yourself atleast as miracles happens at last but not the least so never underestimate the talent that lies inside you because you're capable of doing anything you can dream but you just need to take the first step that's very important now I truly beleive in this and I'm now focusing on my goals as well it is taking time I know but this year I believe that I will bring a change in my body and will GET FIT TOGETHER in this community as it has given me the courage to grow stronger and wiser day by day. ALHUMDULLILAH 🌟
