Carb day
It's a carb day at our home 🥺(Rice) Breakfast sab thk tha phr me busy ho gae or mere samny jo aya means jo bana tha wo khaa lia... I'm in stress now a days because of exam prep, so i wasn't mindful about food I understand that there are days in our life where we serve our energy on other things , Positive point =1. I completed steps 👣 2. I already do some meal preparations for next days 3. I reminded myself why you started Weight loss, weight maintenance or making habbits its not a one day game, yeh hamare sath zindagi bhar chalna hai so I'm focusing on healthy habbits and eating patterns

It's Okay we all go through those days where we aren't mindful of what we're eating in particular. But the best way to maintain is that you complete your steps which you did luckily That's Great 👍🏻❤️
