thank you @Olivia Caggiano you really help me understand the basics of things with your explanation. main point for me is that this has been going on for a long time without me noticing until the wheels essentially fell off. AND that i may need to focus more on protein (fish and bean/peas) and veggies for meals. my question is what if i'm the reverse where i'm not resistant but sensitive?

Over 40 and seeking holistic healing
