I am nearly 86 and was ill for 3 months last summer. After weeks of physical therapy to restore my balance and strength, my doctor made me promise to exercise for at least 10 minutes every day. With your challenges, I am becoming more flexible and stronger instead of losing ground. My sister found your program for me. Thank you.
