JC90 – Days 2 to 7 | Weekly Reflection 📘 This week was a mix of chaos, low energy, small wins, and a strong comeback toward the end. Here’s my honest breakdown of Days 2–7:
📅 Days 2 & 3 These two days were completely packed with guests and responsibilities. - Woke up early both days - Zero study, zero editing, and no skill-building - Mood: Low & tired - Energy: Drained - Motivation: Very low Not my best days, but still showed up. 📅 Day 4 Another slow and unproductive day. - Woke up late - Watched Seerat lectures - Spent most of the day on YouTube - No editing or gym - Mood: Lazy - Energy: Low - Motivation: Low 📅 Day 5 Probably the lowest day of the week. - Woke up late again - YouTube the whole day - Skipped all routines and important tasks - Mood: Low - Energy: Medium - Motivation: Very low A reminder that falling off track is part of the journey. 📅 Day 6 A slight improvement. - Woke up late but watched Sīrat - Spent most of the day editing a video - Phone scrolling distracted me - Wins: - Challenges: Low focus, too much scrolling Small steps forward. 📅 Day 7 A complete turnaround — the best day of the week. - Woke up at 4:45 AM - Fajr + Seerat study (1 hour) - Morning routine + 30-minute group exercise - Taught 1 hour Seerat, 1 hour skill class - Gave Purpose of Life session - Played a Kabaddi match - Afternoon classes till Maghrib - Visited grandmother - Replied to all messages before sleeping Wins: - Consistent learning - Exercise routine - Teaching + attending classes - Family time - Productive and disciplined day Challenges: - No time for personal projects - Day was completely packed ✨ Overall Reflection (Days 2–7) The week started rough low energy, distractions, and very little productivity. But by Day 7, I got back into rhythm with discipline, learning, teaching, exercise, and family time. This journey isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up, reflecting, and improving. 📌 Next Steps - Start days earlier - Reduce scrolling - Add 1 focused personal work session daily - Maintain Seerat + exercise consistency - Edit Videos Consistently - Work on Youtube Channel - Consume Skool Course

What Happens When Loss Becomes Your Wake Up Call❓ | The Journal Crew (JC90) Day 1. Starting December 1, 2025 - Ending March 1, 2026
Today started with heartbreaking news about my cousin... He passed away yesterday morning. May Allah grant him Jannah and forgive his sins..🤲 He was only 25 years old a young man who just got married a year ago. I can't imagine walking into his house and not seeing him there anymore.. This loss has reminded me of life's most painful truth... We are not guaranteed our next breath, our next moment, our next second. Death doesn't wait for us to be ready. It doesn't ask if we've accomplished our goals or lived fully. It simply comes.. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said : كُنْ فِي الدُّنْيَا كَأَنَّكَ غَرِيبٌ، أَوْ عَابِرُ سَبِيلٍ “Be in this world as if you were a stranger or a traveler.” Narrated by Abdullah ibn Umar (RA), Sahih al-Bukhari, Hadith 6416 Today's loss has shaken me, but it's also given me clarity. If I'm truly a traveler in this world, then I need to live with purpose. I need to make my days count not by chasing what's temporary, but by investing in what's eternal... Starting this journal today, on the same day I received this news, feels significant. Life is short. I don't want to waste it.. Prayer for My Cousin اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لَهُ وَارْحَمْهُ وَعَافِهِ وَاعْفُ عَنْهُ "O Allah, forgive him, have mercy on him, grant him wellness, and pardon him." Ameen 📊 Progress Tracker Day: 1 / 90 | Week: 1 / 13 | Monday Sleep log Slept at: 12:00 AM Woke up at: 9:00 AM Day Breakdown 09:00 - 10:00 — Used my phone 10:00 - 11:00 — Went for breakfast 11:00 — Heard the news about my cousin 12:00 - 09:00 PM — Traveled to his city for the funeral Woke up at 3:00 AM — Couldn't sleep, so I started writing this journal.. 🙏 A Note to The Journal Crew JC90 : Sorry for the delay in starting JC90. I should have begun earlier, but life had other plans. Today reminded me that we can't always control when things happen we can only control how we respond. So here I am, starting this journey in the middle of grief... May Allah make this 90 days journey the turning point in our lives, a transformation that stays with us long after Day 90..

🌟 ANNOUNCEMENT 🌟 We're Starting Something Special - (JC90)
Assalamualaikum I'm excited to announce something I've been thinking about for a while "The Journal Crew" (JC90) our community's 90 Day Journaling Challenge Starting on Sunday [ 1-December-2025 ] Here's what I'm thinking : ✅ "Daily journaling commitment" (even if it's just 5-10 minutes) ✅ "Milestone celebrations" at Day 30, 60, and 90 ✅ "Supporting each other's growth" as The Journal Crew throughout the journey "Why journaling? Why 90 days?" Journaling has been a game-changer for clarity, self-awareness, and personal growth. And science shows that 90 days is the sweet spot for building lasting habits. This isn't just about writing—it's about intentional reflection, tracking our progress, and showing up for ourselves consistently. One idea I'd love your input on : Should we do a "weekly live session" (maybe 30-45 minutes) where we come together as JC90, discuss our journaling experiences, share breakthroughs, and support each other? It could be a powerful way to stay accountable and connected. "I need YOUR feedback" 🔹 "What do you think about the name "The Journal Crew (JC90)"? Love it? Have a better suggestion? Let me know.. 🔹 What would make this challenge most helpful for YOU? 🔹 Would you join a weekly live session? If so, what day/time works best? 🔹 What accountability tools would help you stay committed? 🔹 Any other ideas or suggestions to make this amazing? "Drop your thoughts in the comments below" Whether you're a journaling veteran or have never written a single entry, this challenge is designed for everyone. Let's build something transformative together. Who's ready to join The Journal Crew? Comment **JC90** if you're ready to commit to 90 days of growth..🚀 Let's do this together.. If you have friends in the community who might benefit from this, tag them below. Haroon bhai, I’d appreciate your thoughts on this. Would you consider becoming a member of JC90? (The Journal Crew 90)
