Another slow and unproductive day.

- Watched Seerat lectures
- Spent most of the day on YouTube
- No editing or gym
- Mood: Lazy
- Energy: Low

Probably the lowest day of the week.
- Woke up late again
- YouTube the whole day
- Skipped all routines and important tasks
- Mood: Low
- Energy: Medium
- Motivation: Very low
A reminder that falling off track is part of the journey.

A slight improvement.
- Woke up late but watched Sīrat
- Spent most of the day editing a video
- Phone scrolling distracted me
- Wins:
- Challenges: Low focus, too much scrolling
Small steps forward.
📅 Day 7
A complete turnaround — the best day of the week.
- Woke up at 4:45 AM
- Fajr + Seerat study (1 hour)
- Morning routine + 30-minute group exercise
- Taught 1 hour Seerat, 1 hour skill class
- Gave Purpose of Life session
- Played a Kabaddi match
- Afternoon classes till Maghrib
- Visited grandmother
- Replied to all messages before sleeping
Wins:
- Consistent learning
- Exercise routine
- Teaching + attending classes
- Family time
- Productive and disciplined day
Challenges:
- No time for personal projects
- Day was completely packed
✨ Overall Reflection (Days 2–7)
The week started rough low energy, distractions, and very little productivity. But by Day 7, I got back into rhythm with discipline, learning, teaching, exercise, and family time.
This journey isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up, reflecting, and improving.
