Before joining this amazing community, I was completely directionless. Mere dimagh mein bohot se thoughts thay, lekin koi clarity nahi thi. Samajh nahi aata tha ke apni life ko control kaise karun, kis direction mein jaun, aur kis cheez par focus karun. Lekin jab se maine is community ko join kiya, aur introduction videos dekhi, mujhe pehli dafa ek clear roadmap mila. Aisa laga jaise koi rasta mil gaya ho jo mujhe meri manzil ki taraf le ja sakta hai. Jab main Mental Mastery section tak pohancha aur pehli video dekhi, wahan mujhe Pyramid of Learning ka concept samajh aaya. Is ne mujhe yeh realize karwaya ke learning sirf sun’ne ka naam nahi, balkay usay samajhna, apply karna aur apni life ka hissa banana hota hai. Phir jab main doosri video tak gaya, Sir ne humein bataya ke: Apne mindset ko kaise rewire karna hai Subconscious mind ko kaise train karna hai Aur yeh sab step by step kaise possible hai Is lecture mein guidance bilkul clear thi — ke jo thoughts pehle se hamare mind mein feed ho chuki hain, unhein kaise remove karna hai aur jo soch hum ab kar rahe hain, usay better thoughts se kaise replace karna hai. Ek baat jo mujhe bohot deeply touch kar gayi: “Hum imagination mein jitna suffer karte hain, utna hum reality mein nahi karte.” Yeh line mere liye ek wake-up call thi. My Commitment (From Today) Is learning ke baad, main daily journaling par focus karunga. Main apna time deep focus, learning aur growth ke liye manage karunga. Aaj se: Main apne emotions ko control karunga Main apni body aur mind par full control rakhunga Main apne thoughts, apni responsibilities aur apne time ki 100% responsibility leta hoon No excuses. No blaming. Taake main apni success ka full control apne haath mein le sakun.

Written on: [3 -feb-2026] Uploaded on: [4-feb -2026] Morning Woke up at 6:00 AM Offered Fajr prayer at the masjid Returned home at 6:30 AM Spent around 30 minutes on mobile, checking notifications and staying active in the community Watched Sir’s video: “Victim Mindset vs Opportunity Mindset” Had breakfast and got ready for school Work (School Job) 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM: Teaching at school Afternoon Reached home at 2:00 PM Planned to start work, but unexpected guests arrived Spent time serving them tea and sitting with them (Is wajah se kaafi time waste ho gaya aur focused work nahi ho saka) Evening Offered Asr prayer Completed some school-related work Went to the market for household shopping Offered Maghrib prayer and returned home Night As it was Shab-e-Barat, I got ready quickly and went to the masjid Had dinner After Isha prayer, stayed in the masjid until 10:00 PM Returned home and went to sleep Note I wrote this journal yesterday, but due to routine and commitments, I am uploading it today. Self-Reflection Although I couldn’t give much time to skill-building work yesterday, I am fully aware of it and committed to improving my time management and consistency going forward, InshaAllah.

Date: 2nd Febuary 2026 Day: Monday The whole day: I woke up few minutes before 6 AM, and prayed Fajr at mosque. I slept again and couldn't recite Surah Yaseen, After waking up, I prepared for school and had breakfast, I then went to school with my father, I returned at 3:30 PM, and had lunch. I prayed Asr and brought daily grocery, I started my left off work of sending emails at around 4:50 PM. After maghrib, I had dinner, then I took a break. After isha, I started off my work again, this time I could iterate on last work and improved signficantly. Notes: Be active after fajr, don't get into bed. Focus on one thought at a time, don't multitask or visualize uselessly. Focus on deep work sessions with breaks.
