📓 Journal of 20th Day
Date: 18th January 2026 - Day: Sunday - Day: 20 Time Stamps: Woke up at 6:08 AM, prayed fajr, recited surah yaseen, I have quite flexible time here. After approximately 8:00 AM, I started my work, my task was to finish the frontend, since replit got exhausted, I recreated the frontend using cursor After that I had breakfast, the electricity went out, so I spent the next 1.5 hour sleeping again. Then after waking up, I watched some videos exploring core programming concepts, I haven't taken its notes. Then I spent 15 - 20 minutes undert the sun, then the adhaan got called. After dhuhr, I spent my next 1.45 hours free, under the sun. After asr, I worked again on my app and its deployment, a lot of time went into fixing deployment issues, other left off bugs. After maghrib, I tried to deploy it again but failed then I had my dinner. After isha, I deployed using another way, fixed the remaining bugs, watched the remaining video on programming concepts, along with another video, I watched one-third of it, but due to it getting late, I am now writing the journal. I will upload this journal before 11:00 PM, I will sleep at aproximately 11:30 PM, in sha Allah. Key-takeaways (results not thoughts ): -Most of my time between prayers is wasted due to not knowing exactly what to do and how to do, performing useless actions that don't generate results. -I should decide the whole project extensively and setup hosting when buidling apps, when using AI I should only give it the commands while I should know the current state of my app; -Feed the AI original documentation and data without assuming that it isn't assuming anything.
📓 Daily Journal : 19th Day
Date:17th January 2026 Day:Saturday Day no:19 Time Stamps: Woke up at almost 6:00 AM. After 6:00 AM, prayed fajr, recited surah yaseen, then slept. Woke up again at 11:40 AM. After 11:40 AM, I had breakfast, then I did dhizkr till duhr. After duhr, I brought grocery, prepared my daily journal and daily agenda template, uploaded notes about the overthinking video in "Rewire you brain" playlist. After asr, spent 10-15 minutes under the sun, then started working on the webpage for my demo voice agent. After maghrib, I worked on it more, had dinner and recited Qur'an. After isha, I prepared the backend for that webpage, improved the fronted and I have the fronted snippets ready. I watched some videos on Youtube out of habit. Then I wrote journal, due to watching those videos I have fell short of time. DAY end at almost 9:30 PM. Key-takeaways (results not thoughts): -I should watch my time in minutes, cutting all useless parts. -I should be present and perform each task after proper description to ensure clarity. -I should stop watching youtube videos that serve no purpose, or are out of topic.

🧠Overthinking leading to Mental exhaustion
-I watched a video in the "Rewire your brain" section of this skool community. It was an amazing video. It shows how we are always fighting our thoughts (khayalat) but they don’t go away. This is for the thoughts that randomly appear in your mind throughout the day. -The video says that instead of fighting, you should accept them. You need to realize that you are not responsible (zimmedar) for them. You will not be questioned (sawal jawab) about these thoughts on the Day of Judgement. -Think of yourself like the sky (aasman) and your thoughts like clouds (badal) passing through. You are not your thoughts. If you stay curious, you can separate (alag) yourself from them. This helps you engage with the right ideas and not get affected (mutasir) by the wrong ones. -Just know that you are not your thoughts, and you can choose which thought you want to keep.

📓 Journal of 12th Day
Journal Entry: December 9, 2025 (Day 12) Daily Timeline Before 7:00 AM: I followed my usual morning routine. 7:00 AM: I started my work. I had to restart a few times because I was not focused. Morning: I picked my business area. I decided to build AI agents for people in Pakistan and Australia. Now I have a clear plan for my first project. Morning (Study): I watched half of a video about "Mental Mastery". It helped me see that I waste time when I have small problems. Breakfast Time: I ate breakfast, but the electricity kept going off all day. Friday Prayer (Juma): I washed my body (ghusl) and went to the mosque. Afternoon: I prayed Asr. When I got home, I made accounts on Vapi and Air.ai. The internet was slow, so this took a long time. Evening: I prayed Maghrib, had dinner, and listened to the Quran. Night: I tried to work after Isha, but my computer battery was almost empty and I was sitting on my bed. I realized that I cannot focus well after Isha. Today’s Wins I tried to stay focused on the present moment. I did dhikr (remembering Allah) today, though I want to be more consistent. I drank enough water and stayed hydrated. Key Takeaways to Implement Work at a Desk: I must always sit at a chair and table to do my work. Stop Working Late: I will stop trying to do hard work after Isha because I am not productive then. Night Planning: I will plan my next day and write my journal at night instead of the morning. Keep it Simple: I will not make things too complicated. Track Progress: I will use the Notion app to track how my business is growing. Be Present: I will not daydream or imagine things that are not real.
