Today’s lunch…
I’ve been batching these for lunches. - Protein bagel - Tuna mayo - Sweetcorn and/or spring onion - Slice of cheese Can be eaten hot or cold. Make 4 at a time, wrap in paper and keep in fridge and have either as lunch, snacks or post workout fuel This simplifies my choices, my bot knows what the macros are, so it’s literally grab and go.

Hi everyone I’ve just been diagnosed with an underactive thyroid, it explains a lot about how rubbish I’ve been feeling. I’ve been reading up on cortisol lowering and realise that my tried and tested ways of loosing weight won’t serve me in this phase of life. So I want to establish some kinder and more sustainable habits that will work with my life phase. Excited to get going. Lucy
