I’ve been batching these for lunches.
- Protein bagel
- Tuna mayo
- Sweetcorn and/or spring onion
- Slice of cheese
Can be eaten hot or cold. Make 4 at a time, wrap in paper and keep in fridge and have either as lunch, snacks or post workout fuel
This simplifies my choices, my bot knows what the macros are, so it’s literally grab and go.
