Today is self care Sunday. Its where we reflect on the week gone by, look at our tools and practices to ensure we have what we need to fill our cup, and do soul nourishing things. Movement, breath, good food, connection. Today we have a community check in open to all for anyone thats around and whats to say hi and to get to know each other. We are soul tribe members.
