Is Opportunity Staring at You?
Twelve years ago, I was on vacation with my family when an opportunity popped up to extend our stay at the beach for another week. I was a solid employee—never missed a deadline, always got the job done. I figured working remotely for a week wouldn’t be an issue. So, I called my boss, fully expecting a simple, “Go for it.” Instead, I got hit with a hard NO. No discussion. No exceptions. That moment hit me hard—I wasn’t in control of my own time. Someone else was calling the shots. Right then and there, I made a promise to myself: Never again. So I started building. There were missteps, unknown territory, and plenty of “What the hell am I doing?” moments. But here I am. A full-time CEO, investor, and mentor. ⌛My schedule is busy, but it’s mine. ⏳My decisions are mine. ⌛My time is mine. Bottom line? Opportunity doesn’t always show up neatly wrapped. Sometimes, it smacks you in the face and forces you to choose—stay the same or step up. If you’re ready to start building, comment ‘BUILD’ below to get my guide to wholesaling commercial real estate. This is OPPORTUNITY, staring at you in the face. Don’t waste it.
