Gratitude Is Good For Your Heart (Literally)
Gratitude isn’t just a nice gesture. Studies have shown that when we genuinely feel appreciation for people, nature, or even the simple things in life, our heart rhythms change in a positive way. We feel calmer.Think more clearly. And handle stress better. Researchers have also found something called the “Helper’s High”. When we do something meaningful for someone else, it boosts our mood and helps improve our overall wellbeing. In times of stress, small moments of gratitude can make a big difference. That’s why daily gratitude is part of what we practise in The Change Makers. What are you grateful for today?

Why Appreciation Has More Power Than We Think
Appreciation isn’t just a nice idea. When you truly notice and value someone, it creates a positive feeling that spreads. Even if nothing is said out loud, the energy still moves. This helps lift your mood and creates a sense of connection. Inside The Change Makers, we use daily gratitude as a way to stay focused on what supports us, instead of getting stuck in fear or negativity. Small moments of appreciation can make a big difference.

Letting go to create different outcomes
As a new year begins, creating different results often requires doing something differently. One of the most powerful shifts isn’t adding more, but letting something go. Many people carry thoughts, habits, or expectations that quietly shape their experiences without being questioned. Releasing even one of these can change how the year unfolds. Here are some examples of what people may choose to let go of: - The need to have everything figured out before taking the next step - Comparing their pace or progress to others - Guilt around resting or slowing down - The belief that they must do everything on their own - Saying yes when they really mean no - Harsh self-talk and unrealistic expectations Letting go doesn’t remove care or commitment. It creates space for clarity, healthier boundaries, and more aligned choices moving forward. Sometimes one release is enough to shift everything.

@Jill Hart yes bring in the new
Life moves in seasons, often without us realising when one ends and another begins.
We move from child to adult, from caring for children to supporting ageing parents, and all the while our own bodies, identities, values, and desires are changing too. Roles fall away, new ones appear, and somewhere in the middle of all that living, we’re left wondering… Who am I now? After perimenopause and menopause, many women feel a strange mix of relief, clarity, and questioning. There’s light at the end of the tunnel, but also a quiet uncertainty about what this next phase is actually for. If you’re feeling called to reflect on how you’ve changed, what this season of life is asking of you, and where you’re truly headed next, you’re very welcome to join the conversation inside The Change Makers. It’s a grounded, supportive space for honest reflection, spiritual exploration, and meaningful life transitions. 👉 https://www.skool.com/the-change-makers-2078/about?ref=4d349337c57a4956baef9ffb2f86e7c1

Lately, I’ve Been Noticing Something…
I’ve been showing up in a few different spaces recently, not really with a plan, more just listening and noticing what’s being shared, what’s underneath the words, what people are actually saying without always meaning to say it. And something keeps standing out. So many people are doing so much inner work. They’re reflecting, journalling, trying to stay grounded, trying to trust themselves, trying to hold it all together, and yet they’re doing it quietly, often on their own, often questioning whether they’re too sensitive or overthinking or somehow missing something everyone else seems to have figured out. I keep seeing people doubting their intuition, softening their truth to fit the room they’re in, carrying a lot without really having anywhere safe to put it down. And it’s made me think about how rarely we actually have spaces that let us just be, without fixing, explaining, or performing our growth. Honestly, most of us don’t need more information or another thing to work on. We need spaces that feel steady, grounding, and human. Spaces where your nervous system can soften a little. Where you don’t have to be “on”. Where sensitivity isn’t something to manage, it’s something that’s respected. That’s kind of how the Empowered Spirit Tribe has naturally become what it is. Not because I set out to build something flashy or perfect, but because there was a real need for somewhere slower, quieter, and more real. A place to land, to reflect, to reconnect with yourself without being rushed or told what you should be doing. I’ve watched people soften there in ways that feel subtle but powerful. Not because they were pushed or guided or told what to do, but because they finally felt safe enough to listen to themselves again. So if you’ve been craving a space that feels grounding rather than noisy, intuitive rather than performative, and supportive without pressure, this might be something your body recognises before your mind does.

You've been noticing this because you most likely have been hanging around people who appreciate it. Cause I have seen this too.

@Jocelyn Vienneau Oh yes I agree, and my senses have well and truly sharpened too, and I allow my psychic ability to kick in too. I just know things and often others deny what i see in them, which is really interesting and sometimes I have to hold my tongue.
