Website update, new features, new pricing
Anyone else checked out the PrintShrimp website changes that I think went live today? https://printshrimp.com Main things I noticed: Offering framed prints - great additional option New tools of mockup generator and bulk listing tools - very interested to see how these will work Pricing updates to smaller sizes - I'm hoping this only means inclusion of tracking upgrade by default? These don't look to have been implemented on the portal yet, and no official announcement or documentation on here yet, so looking forward to hearing from the team about how these changes will work for sellers moving forward. Nice work team and happy selling everyone

@Mihai Volintiriu yep sounds good, looking forward to it
Real art
Is there anyone in the group who also creates real art as well as ai art?

Hey Damion, yeah I’m exclusively selling my own travel photos. I think the setup is a bit different to the standard printshrimp process for ‘travel posters’, but it’s what I’m more passionate about
Payment
So when someone orders on my store I have to pay it on print shrimp and then I’ll get the money back surely from Etsy ?

That's right, yeah. Need a little cash flow in the beginning
Refunds and Poster quality
Hi all! I am nearly at the 10 poster sale mark and just wondering if anyone else has come across the AI art being refunded due to quality. This issue only seems to come up when A1 posters are sold. I have sold 10 posters in total with 2 of these being refunds. I have a 100% refund rate on A1 posters which is annoying as that's where the profit comes from. I understand where customers are coming from but how do we resolve this? The usual complaints are overall quality of the print. It's possible I am biting off more than I can chew in the design style Ive decided to go with. Any advice on this from anyone with similar issues in the past? I have followed Toms advice on scaling. Another question is how do you deal with over seas refunds? With not having any reviews yet I'm just giving people full refunds without asking them to return the poster however, not sure if this is best practise. I have linked my shop below so you can see my design style. Im open to any feedback. https://www.etsy.com/shop/GroovyWallCo?ref=seller-platform-mcnav

I am a bit concerned about the quality at larger sizes issue too. I don't know about your creation process, but one option is to AI upscale the image using tools like Topaz. You could just do this for A1 orders to save budget if needed
