Your food doesn’t have to be “aesthetic”
We have all seen the food posts that many influencers have posted and they have beautiful well put together meals that just look perfect right? They probably taste amazing and have ingredients that “make sense” right? Well I’m here to tell you, that your meals don’t have to be”make sense” per se. As long as you’re hitting your macros with foods that you like, it doesn’t matter. For example today for lunch. I wanted a chicken wrap with a side of fresh cauliflower… right? See what I mean? Sometimes your body wants things and it can be completely random. Who cares if it doesn’t “make sense”. Don’t pressure yourself to make the perfect meals that look like they belong in a food magazine. Eat the foods you like and keep hitting those macros in all your messy and nonsensical glory!

Thai flavoured dinner
Inspired by the Thai dish Larb Gai. Chicken mince cooked with onions, ginger and garlic served over coconut rice or lettuce cups. Look up any Larb Gai recipe and you will have some key ingredients for the Thai flavour ( like fish sauce) 😋 this was the first time I made it and it was a hit with the household. It was super easy and quick :) another inspiration for dinner or lunch

Happy first day of the challenge! I made a very easy but tasty meal for dinner last night xx Chicken breast cooked in the air fryer, oven roasted potatoes and canned peas and carrots. Ran out of frozen veg, so this was a quick alternative to get veggies in. Topped off with a bit of Perinaise 😋😋😋
