We have all seen the food posts that many influencers have posted and they have beautiful well put together meals that just look perfect right? They probably taste amazing and have ingredients that “make sense” right?
Well I’m here to tell you, that your meals don’t have to be”make sense” per se. As long as you’re hitting your macros with foods that you like, it doesn’t matter. For example today for lunch. I wanted a chicken wrap with a side of fresh cauliflower… right? See what I mean? Sometimes your body wants things and it can be completely random. Who cares if it doesn’t “make sense”. Don’t pressure yourself to make the perfect meals that look like they belong in a food magazine.
Eat the foods you like and keep hitting those macros in all your messy and nonsensical glory!
