What To Call It?
Hey friends, quick branding question: One of my warm leads gave me great feedback that “7-Day Conscious Spending Challenge” is a bit of a mouthful. It does convert, but I think it’s time to simplify and make it easier to say, remember, and share. I’m considering renaming it to something lighter like: The 7-Day Money Challenge Before I decide, I’d love your perspective: - Does “7-Day Money Challenge” feel clear and inviting to you? - Does it spark curiosity enough to want to join? - Any alternative name ideas that feel short, warm, and non-intimidating? Context: the challenge focuses on awareness, calm, and guilt-free spending (not restriction or strict budgeting). For seven days, you simply pay attention to where your money is going and how it feels when you spend it. There’s no budgeting, no cutting back, and no judgment. The goal isn’t to “be good” with money, it’s to notice your patterns. Most people are spending on autopilot. This challenge helps you: - See where your money is actually going - Notice what purchases you genuinely enjoy vs. what you don’t - Understand your emotional spending habits - Spend with more intention and less guilt When you become aware of how you spend and how you experience it, it becomes much easier to adjust, without shame or overwhelm. Would love your honest thoughts 🙏

How about “The mindful money challenge”? it would speak more to the aim of the challenge of being aware rather than trying to save
Burnt-out founders: want calm growth without chaos? 🐾🖤
If your business only works when you’re well-rested, perfectly focused, and nobody needs you… it’s not a plan. It’s a fantasy. I run a free Skool community called The Reset Circle. It's not networking and not “post and ghost.” It’s an implementation lab for founders who want to earn more while doing less — without hustle culture. Inside you’ll get: ✅ Weekly Reset Thread (one priority + 3 needle movers + one boundary) ✅ clear frameworks for clarity, systems, sustainable sales inputs ✅ accountability that actually makes you implement ✅ a 10-day onboarding path (Shadow HQ) so you don’t join and drift This is for you if you’re ready to simplify, implement, and report back. Not for freebie hunters or self-promo. join here>>> The Reset Circle

@Shannon Boyer that depends on what their individual goals are. For some it will be setting up systems that give them time back. For others it’s a marketing strategy or creating boundaries to avoid burnout, there’s no cookie cutter method or roadmap to follow The Reset Circle is about helping you build a business that meets you where you are so that you can then scale it sustainably 😸
When is horse manure a smell you never forget? (And remember fondly)
We found this little picnic spot by accident—just outside Préhy, overlooking the Chablis vineyards rolling endlessly into the distance. A weathered wooden table. Long grass brushing your legs. A crusty baguette torn by hand. Tart goat cheese, pâté wrapped in paper, a bottle of rosé cooling on the car floor. The air smelled of sun-warmed earth, vineyards, and honest countryside life. Nothing fancy. Nothing staged. Just food, place, and the people you love—fully present. This is the spirit behind my Culinary Retreats in France & Italy. Unrushed days, extraordinary food, and real connection—designed intentionally, not herded. If this kind of experience speaks to you, message me and I’ll share the details.
